“I have used Franks several times throughout the years. My 2017 Mercedes-Benz needed major maintenance work and Jeff who assisted me did a fabulous job.
I don’t think I will ever take my car to anybody else. I totally trust them and they didn’t try to upsell me on nonsense. Great place.

“Gus, the manager was amazing ! He really put in the work ( submitting pictures and videos)to get my car warranty claim approved. It took 5 hours and I had to buy my own lunch ? but, not having to fork over $2,500 for car repairs during the holidays is well worth it ! The 6'7 receptionist dude needs to work on his customer service skill , but other than that I'll definitely give this location my hard earned money and recommending TIRES WORKS to my family and friends because of Gus ! “I was in a bind, it was thanksgiving weekend and I picked up a screw on my tire where it couldn’t be repaired. Kevin was so nice and accommodating. He filled my tire to last a bit till I got home. Told me Black Friday sale would save me a bunch of $ for f I could come back. So that’s what I did, I got there right around 8am on Friday and Tom took care of me. Instead of just getting one tire, I decided to get all 4 done and everything was done with 2.5 hours! Great communication and customer service. I will be back in the future.

Check them out if you need a mechanic- the Manager Dean and His assistant Cameron will take care of you and his mechanics will take care of your car!”

Before Robert and Bob it was a lot like playing a Las Vegas slot machine. Sometimes you win sometimes you lose.
You might not like the sticker price, but it is honest.
They use OEM quality parts. They don’t cut corners.
They have helped me keep my 2004 Lexus on the road. It cost me $4300 but that’s much cheaper than spending $89,000 for a new one.

“Very honest and up front. I dread going to actual car dealers because they are not honest and their pricing for service is extremely high. Pep Boys are at least 30% less in pricing and were honest in what needed to be repaired and/or replaced. The Cadillac dealer kept my vehicle for 2 weeks which is about the norm. Pep boys turned in my vehicle the next day. I trust Pep Boys and highly recommend them. My Pep Boys shop was on Lake Mead, Summerlin, Las Vegas, NV.”

“Amazing place. Amaizng people. I took me longer to drive from southern highlands and back then it did for them to fix my rim. I was in and out of there in 46mins. I hit a rock awhile back and noticed a shaking in my steering wheel, took it to discount tire and was told I needed a new rim and new tires(~$1200), came here and none of that was true.
