“I used the Yelp Service program to try and find a place to do my alignment and got quotes of mostly around $150.00. Another Big Brand location gave me a better quote , but was on the other side of town in North Las Vegas. I called this location and they did it for $95.00 with a coupon and told me to bring it in right away. They also did it in around an hour and a half. Another shop said it would be 4 hours and I needed to drop it off. I came here and walked to the shopping plaza next door and did a little shopping and had lunch. Came back and it was ready. I had recently had my upper control arms replaced and needed to get the alignment done. It only needed a little adjustment on mostly the left side. They also topped off the fluids and rotated the tires and filled the tires. The service was friendly and great. I will definitely recommend you coming here for service. I would have gotten an oil change too , but they said they use Quaker State and I don't use that in my car , Mobile 1 or Castrol GTX for me.”

The men working at the front are always so professional and nice to us, and always make things super clear with what's going on with the car. The wait for my car is always reasonable (dependent on how many people are in) and I am just super appreciative for the work they do.I would highly recommend getting insurance on your tires if you can- within days I had a slash in my brand new tire and they replaced it for free because of the insurance. “I am going through some unexpected changes that have inconvenienced me and stressed me out along with putting me in a financial pinch; on top of that 2 of my tires were leaking. One very badly. I went to Walmart to see if they could fix it. Walmart’s team member gave me an all day wait time and was not listening to understand but being argumentative about what I was saying and not responding in a professional manner. I could hear the stress in her voice. I felt awful. This should not of been a stressful process for anybody. The situation made me uncomfortable so I drove off and told her “I’m sorry; I don’t feel comfortable so I am going to take my business elsewhere”. I googled “tire repair” and this place popped up; I called and Rick answered the phone. He was professional and told me to stop by and they would get with me A.S.A.P. When I pulled up Angelo was there to serve and greeted me with kindness and a smile. Angelo listened to my concerns and understood with good intentions to serve me with professionalism and honesty. The situation did not stress him out at all. Angelo fixed my tires like it was no big deal. Both Rick and Angelo went above and beyond with the best customer service I have ever experienced in Las Vegas, NV. THANK YOU. I will be back.”
