Local military move was easy and simple even with a 26 foot truck. U-Haul has really stepped up the vehicle quality. Use to avoid U-Haul and go Penske but the price difference is too much when quality is just about the same.

At first I was upset because I was overcharged but everybody was able to take care of it and I was able to get refunded the money properly for the problem that we had for the dissatisfaction so now I give them five stars because they did what they said they were going to do

Staff was amazing very knowledgeable patient and good attitudes KiyaAna, Ringo I think that his name and another nice young lady who I didn't catch her name. Good Job you all thank you for doing your job with a smile and having good attitudes ?
