You lost a customer because of your sneaky business practices. I told you several times I wanted to ship ground and when I got to my car and looked at the receipt it was 3-day select.

This is the third time I’ve come to this UPS store, which claims to open at 8 AM, only to find it still closed. They consistently open late, and it’s made me late to work each time. Completely unacceptable!

I had a great experience at The UPS Store thanks to the person who assisted me. They were extremely kind, polite, and helpful throughout the entire process. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this genuine and respectful. Highly recommend this location. Great service goes a long way!
