Got excellent customer service here the other day. Spoke to the manager (younger gentleman, I don't remember his name) who was very knowledgeable. Will be going to this location more often.

Today I received the worst unprofessional unfriendly customer service from Chase. He claims to be the manager and has 0 people skills. So disappointed, how did he get a job working with the public, he needs some training and should learn to smile.What a miserable and rude person.
