Wow this place is popular. It is always busy no matter what time of day I go. Staff is always nice and friendly. They have mailing supplies like seasonal holiday padded envelopes. I like how your emailed receipt let's you click the link to track your package. Super convenient.

Customer service was overall really good but be prepared with all the materials you can if possible. They will charge you for everything they can including tape. If you need just one strip of tape for your package you’ll have to buy your own roll.
