We had a huge pickup order and -the way Kohls does that process is a bit messy- but Connie was able to locate our missing bag of items in the back that came from the Kohl’s warehouse. Her customer service, friendly demeanor, and hard work ethic were 10/10 and made what could have been a terrible experience (solely bc of Kohl’s insane multiple bagging of one order system) a fantastic one! Give Connie a raise!”
“There was a lack of customer service except for one woman who went above and beyond. After wandering the store and being pointed in many directions, finally this employee found us and walked us and helped us for the next 30 minutes. Thank goodness she was there.”

“The store is nice, clean and organized. They have Nice women in men's clothing. They also have shoes and undergarments and a small toy section and some housing decor. They sell bedding, pillows, bathroom rugs, etc. It's just a little pricey there so you have to catch the sales. I love that they have Amazon return there and you can return your stuff and shop at the same time”

“This store is like any other Home Goods you will find in the Valley. What makes this store stand out is the same thing that makes all the other Home Goods stores unique, and that is, each store carries its own unique selection of items. This store had a few one-of-a-kind solar items, which we have not seen at any of the other Home Goods stores. This makes it perfect for anyone looking to add some personality to their homes. When we arrived early this morning, the shelves were being stocked with newly arrived items, which was nice to get first crack at the new merchandise. The one staff member we had any interaction with was very friendly and it was during checkout. Right now, the store is open at 0700 hours making it the perfect time to shop without the crowd. Nice store with helpful staff.”
“I was told this is the third largest Kohl's in the city. No matter, it is a very large store with a huge selection. We go back to this store on a regular basis, especially to catch the clearance and sale items. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The air conditioning is nice, even when it's very hot outside. Nice clean store.”

“Was able to find a great deal on some gold earrings that made a great birthday gift for a friend at a very reasonable price. The store is super clean and the cashier at the jewelry counter was extremely nice and patient in showing me a couple of pieces. However the line to check out for the other items at the store was super long. I am glad I got a great find and was able to check out quick.”
“I find good deals here, and it's not too crowded. The restrooms are clean, but you need to find a salesperson to open them for you.I got some good deals on gift bags!!”
“I was surprised to find low everyday pricing on some items, including 2 litre bottles of Pepsi and Coke products for $1.99. They also have several self checkout stations to eliminate long lines. The only negative is that they don't have limited products due to the small size of the store, but this probably won't matter to most customers.”

“I visited this five below the same day that I visited the other five below and everybody was very courteous their specially the manager we were looking for a certain Halloween t-shirt and they did not have it but she informed us that she gets her shipments in on Wednesday and Thursday so I will be checking back in with Susie on those days.”
