Tammy was so helpful getting our vehicle. There was some confusion and maybe a new system in place, but instead of ignoring us she gave us an update that made us feel better. The vehicle was nice and cleaned and we were on our vehicle in no time.

We got off to a Ricky start, the line to pick up our car took almost as long as our flight had. When we finally got to the counter they didn't have the car we had booked. They did upgrade us and once we left the desk our experience was much more positive.
