“Very courteous and they go the extra mile. Call them for a shutfle once your plane’s wheels touch down and they will come to pick you up. My car was a Subaru and I loved it. It was a pleasure doing business with Rent-a-Wreck. It’s just a name, the cars are actually new and very nice.”
“My flight ended up being 2 hours delayed due to weather. Bc of the delay, I ended up arriving well past closing time. I have already accepted my defeat and assumed that I will no longer have a rental. To my surprise, Carlos, the branch manager was still at the National counter helping customers. I asked him if it was normal for him to work past closing and his response was that he noticed there were some delays and since his family is already sleeping at home, he'd stay a little longer and help those who are delayed.
Carlos, I appreciate you! You did not have to go above and beyond, but you did and I will always remember that kind gesture!”

“I had a problem with car on the 2nd day. Flat tire on the passenger side while coming down the mountain.
Enterprise was originally going to charge me for their AAA tow service, but later took it off my bill, since the AAA tow rep stated this was not our fault, but a tire faulty of the vehicle that only had over 6k miles on a new vehicle. The damage was on the inside of the rim of the tire, where it showed two slits where the tire pulled from the rim.
We were most thankful that we did not have a blowout on the mountain.
Enterprise made it right and adjust the bill accordingly. I will continue to use Enterprise.”
“Extremely helpful staff. I did have a issue with a rental car that wouldn't start. Calling for roadside assistance was a nightmare. Trying to reach someone in the United States to discuss what occurred was impossible. My issue was with roadside assistance, not the local staff.”

“Great experience, would rent through Hertz again. I used the AAA membership when booking, had a great deal and really phenomenal customer service.
I was a bit nervous after reading through some of the reviews, but I didn’t have any issues or any surprise fees/price increases. They did put a hold for a bit more than the rental quote when I picked up, but they confirmed that the actual charged amount by the end would be only the quoted price (so long as not damaged etc.) I dropped off and was only charged the quoted price, and the car ran great for the entire trip while visiting Nevada.”

“We had a great experience with the Hertz car rental at RNO site! The pick up and return processes were smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional. The Volvo XC40 we picked up was in mint condition with great functionality including the navigation system. We had a great time for a week in South Lake Tahoe and really enjoyed the car!”

“It's seems to be rare lately to get good service at a rental car company. Thrifty/ dollar in reno was a exception. Even though they could use some help on the counter( waited almost 45 minutes in line) the girl was very polite and quick when we got to the front of the line. Easy drop off right at the airport.”

“Debbie was amazing! I left my cell phone in my rental car. She was quick to respond and communicated with her team to get my phone from the car that had already been taken to the car wash. I'm sure people leave their personal items in cars all the time, but Debbie was kind and understanding that I was anxious about getting the phone back in time for my flight. Also, when we picked up the rental car, they were busy, but all of the employees were working quickly to get everyone in a car and were very patient with the customer in the line. In the past, rental car experiences have been painful at best, so I definitely appreciated Debbie and the Reno airport Budget Team for their high level of professionalism and courtesy!”
