Refunded my money and then her super friendly husband met us at the car wash paid for a wash and vacuum!!!! Absolutely unheard of!!Thank you so much for being awesome business owners!! And the wash does an amazing job!!!! Better than any car wash around Reno! They keep it clean always full of soap and wax! The vacuum in the back took all my quarts The owners made it more than right!!!!! I won't go to any other car wash ever again!!!!”

“Once again they never fail to provide exemplary customer service......the staff checked for my name and car info even before coming to my window....I only requested to have my oil topped off until I can get back in for an oil change...and they were happy to oblige. As a single mom, sometimes things get put back, more pressing things are happening...in this instance its back to school shopping...but they are still willing to help make sure my oil is topped off and good to go.
Im a mom, an employee, a girlfriend and a full time student...Jimmy's Car Wash values my time just as much as I do. Fast, expedient, excellent service..Jimmy's got my oil change done in a jiffy. Staff is exceptionally friendly as well.”

“The RV Bay is on the right as you're looking at the building from the street. The dump station is on the front left of that bay, so pull in from whatever side makes the most sense. With a 32 ft Class C, 11 ft tall, neither the wand, nor the brush, nor the air hose went all the way around. The brush only reached one side. I suspect that a 25 ft RV would be reasonable for this car wash but anything else and you're going to end up turning around halfway through or finishing it at home. I loved the elevated platforms on both sides and will come prepared to do some maneuvering to get the entire rig washed next time. Plan on spending about $45.00.”
“I needed a smog on a Sunday and this was the only place I could find that was open. The girl doing the smogs was super friendly and the whole thing took less than 10 minutes.”
“They worked hard. Car was clean and streak free after they hand dried. While they had some expensive deluxe packages available, I did the second from the bottom for under $20. I was pleased with the fast, detail oriented service.
I would come back and try some of their more high-end priced cleanings. From the vehicles I saw getting it, it seems worth it.
Bring cash for a tip for the person who dries your car.”
“Absolutely impeccable. Incredible attention to detail. Bring all their own equiptment down to hoses. My vehicle looks better than showroom condition when I bought it. Spen close to 7 hours on it. Highly recommend. Will be using them at least once a month!! 2021 gmc yukon denali with white rims and vogue tires. Gorgeous work!!!!!”

“I bought a used RV that the previous owner rented out for Burning Man. I got a great deal on it but it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. After 9 hours of cleaning it looks brand new. These guys do an amazing job and are very knowledgeable on how to remove ALL the playa dust. I highly recommend anyone needing a post burning man cleaning . Thanks again for an amazing job”
“My trunk is full of tools and camping gear and I needed to pull everything out so I can clean it and they were willing to help me make a choice and work with me even though they were really busy and I didn't want to take up too much space for too long. I really appreciate that because services in the community are important and I appreciate you offering services and trying to help your neighbors and I will continue to use this wash the membership isn't too bad for the price point the bug protection is expensive and I wish I could have got that. I drive a hunk of junk and I don't make a lot of money so I can't afford to do these things and the way that they ran their business I definitely look forward to using this in the future as well. This is the second location that I've used this service thank you for being consistent”
“Needed a car wash really bad driving down from Sacramento visiting some family in Reno, as I found this hidden gem of a car wash. This was by far the best option around where my family resides. Where can you find a car wash for $6??? This was a dream come true, I have never been to a car wash paying less than $8-10 a wash ANYWHERE. The automatic bay left my car spotless and I literally went back a week later before I was back on the road again just because of the cheap price! I would literally recommend this car wash to anyone, I’ve already told most of my buddies who live around the area to get a wash here as it’s only $6, they literally didn’t believe me until I showed them my credit card transaction, lol!

“Tahoe Blue dog wash is fantastic! Always clean! I have a hundred pound dog and this is the perfect place for her. The walk up ramp with grips for my dog to use. Heated in the winter!”
“This car wash is the best I have ever used. There are two bays of fully robotic automated car washers, and for just twelve dollars, you get the supreme package wash. Some I have used elsewhere are very stingy with the soap and the wax. Not here. After the spot free rinse, it blows your car dry.”

“Brad "The Owner" is an Expert Automotive Engineer. He can build cars from the ground up and knows cars (especially vintage vehicles) like the back of his hands. He does things as simple as oil changes up to rebuilding motors and full drive train restoration. His prices are very reasonable but the most important part, you can trust him, he will not do work any work that is not required, he is honest and reputable. Ignore those other reviews.... they are usually people that want "FREE" work and will complain about anything! He can fine tune a 2018 SS Camaro......or re-build the top of an old 90 Dodge Ram D-150 and change out a bad clutch. Come here, you won't be sorry! There is NOTHING this guy can't do.....known him for a LONG TIME :-)”

“I really liked my experience. It was easy to get in and out. They have 1 vacuum that is free. I didn't see others nearby but it lets you rerun it multiple times. I did have to drive back in as if I was going to form a line again for another car wash, which I wondered if I could do or not but I didn't see anyone working there so I went again and parked it, vacuumed and figured Id get a talking from the🤫 employees if I wasn't supposed to do that 😉.
The plans are affordable. I paid for the most basic plan 8.00 and it did the job, I did have to wipe certain areas off for hard water or 🧼 soap stains, but I'd go again.
After you pay the machine will speak through the intercom saying to drive forward and if you've driven too far in it will tell you to put your car in reverse to move back.
It isn't too busy so it was a quick in and out for me. I stopped by on a weekday around 4pm. Best of all they accept credit 💳 cards and coins.”

“I stopped here for a smog check yesterday, Jan. 15. I was amazed at the courtesy and quickness of my visit! I was n and out in 10 minutes, and they transferred the results of the check immediately. I finished the DMV transaction in the afternoon, the same day was very pleased. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Great service, and great guys to deal with, Bravo!”

“This place is great! They have a multi-car monthly membership which is very reasonably priced and includes unlimited car washes for all your vehicles. The vacuums and compressed air are diy and are covered by canopy which makes it nice to get out of the sun. 4 stars because every once in a while there is only one person with a scrub brush and they only get one side of the vehicle but with the unlimited plan you just go through again ask them to get the other side :)”

Best I've personal have seen in all of reno sparks areas over the whole time I've been here since 1972. If there was more stars to give I'd give them all .”

“Best car wash in town. They have two stations with pressure washers and one of those drive through machines. I always come here after off roading to spray all the mud and gunk stuck to the bottom of my truck and in the wheels and suspension. If you just go to one of those drive-throughs, it will never get your undercarriage cleen, and you'll be driving a rust bucket in no time. I highly recommend this car wash to any off roader who doesn't own a pressure washer.”

The manager not only helped me fix my membership but personally made sure I had an amazing experience.
