GNCU is a good bank. They pay higher interest than most. Their policies are catchy so read the fine print or it will cost you money. But, if you stay on top of your monthly statement, they will credit some charges when you are learning their fee structure. Great bank but hours are terrible. It would be nice if they could at least be open until 6 during the week, for the people who work 9-5 and don't have direct deposit through their employer.
