“This is such a cute little vintage store. They have so many different items. From clothing to type writers and baby carriages.
There is also a smaller section where they support local small businesses sell their products like soaps, lip balm and snack bards.
As of recently on Saturdays you will see that they have alteration services too.”

“If I could give Angela more than five stars, I absolutely would.
We had a very large and complicated project with eight bathrooms, and I honestly don't know how we would have gotten through it without her. Angela is an incredibly talented designer with an amazing eye for detail.
When the polished version of the tile we wanted wasn't available through the Reno store, she went above and beyond by coordinating with the Salt Lake distribution center to have it shipped directly to our home. She even worked to offset the shipping cost by reducing the price of the material, which was incredibly appreciated.
Throughout the entire project, Angela helped us coordinate tile selections, grout colors, caulking, Schluter trim, and all of the countless design details that can easily become overwhelming. She was conscientious, responsive, proactive, and always followed through on everything she said she would do.
What impressed me most was her level of customer service. At one point, while traveling through California on a weekend, she personally picked up the Schluter trim we needed from another Floor & Decor store and brought it back to the Reno store so it would be available for our project. She routinely answered my calls and texts on her personal cell phone, even outside of normal business hours, simply because she genuinely cared about making sure our project was successful. That level of dedication is almost impossible to find today.
Building a home is one of the most stressful things I've ever done, but having Angela on our team made an enormous difference. Over the course of this project, she became much more than our designer—I truly consider her a friend. I can honestly say I could not have completed this project without her.
If you're planning a remodel or building a home, do yourself a favor and find Angela at Floor & Decor in Reno before you make any tile decisions. She is knowledgeable, talented, caring, and one of the best customer service professionals I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Thank you, Angela, for everything you did for us!”

“Prior to a Yelp event taking place at Rancharrah I read on Facebook that they had a grand opening at their new Rancharrah location. There was a sign to guide my way. The day I went was their grand opening, with having a soft opening the day prior, and everything was set up beautifully. I loved the store and layout, I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and everything in there is absolutely wonderful, there were gifts for different occasions, lotions with amazing scents, and clothing. The next time I am in the center I will plan to come back to purchase more goodies, I liked that the items found here are not typical items you would find in most stores but rather one of a kind- even their greeting cards. I came out with a couple of items and know when it comes to holiday gifts or birthdays I will make a plan to stop in!”

“Cute, high end home decor shop in the Village at Rancharrah. My son and I went to the Christmas tree lighting ceremony at this new upscale strip mall and decided to browse the stores. Most stores are about a month old, but since this shop was pretty busy with foot traffic, I was unable to verify how long it had been there. Nice furnishings and little tchotchkes. The people working there were very friendly and helpful.”

“If you are looking to buy nice, quality high end items well below retail, this is the store for you. This consignment store is packed with beautiful pre-owned furniture and furnishings including sofas, chairs, consoles, floor lamps, table lamps, light fixtures, bedframes, end tables, bookshelves, desks, art work, rugs, mirrors. I recently bought some treasures for my new house and the owner was wonderful in helping me to choose what looked best together. I will be checking back regularly to see what new items show up!”
“We came in for a Stickley Morris Recliner and Mary Lew lead us right to the chair and informed us of the options included in the sale Stickley was having. In 30 minutes we got what we came in for, with beautiful options, and get to have our chair in 8 months or so (crazy lead times aside, that's the timing in furniture and some appliances these days). “I recently needed to replace some of my hardwood in my kitchen due to damage I did. I contacted Savanah in Reno and discovered the flooring I purchased over 15 years ago from Lumber Liquidators has been discontinued. Savanah was very encouraging and called me back 2 times with updates while trying to locate some. She is sending me a sample to compare with my existing flooring. Hopefully this works. She is very dedicated to her job and works diligently to satisfy the customer.”
