“Bridges construction completed our kitchen remodel. Kyle was great to work with!!!! He did an amazing job. He was hardworking and very professional and easy to work with. The contractors they worked with right from floor tile to electrical work did a great job. The price was very reasonable compared to others. They came on time and completed the job on time. No complaints! Thank you for everything!”

“The prices were great and the selection beautiful. They had a mix up and ordered the wrong tile for my bathroom. They quickly reorded the right tile, covered the difference between the tiles, and also covered the grouting. Mistakes happen, but they owned it and promptly fixed it.”

“If I could give Angela more than five stars, I absolutely would. We had a very large and complicated project with eight bathrooms, and I honestly don't know how we would have gotten through it without her. Angela is an incredibly talented designer with an amazing eye for detail. When the polished version of the tile we wanted wasn't available through the Reno store, she went above and beyond by coordinating with the Salt Lake distribution center to have it shipped directly to our home. She even worked to offset the shipping cost by reducing the price of the material, which was incredibly appreciated. Throughout the entire project, Angela helped us coordinate tile selections, grout colors, caulking, Schluter trim, and all of the countless design details that can easily become overwhelming. She was conscientious, responsive, proactive, and always followed through on everything she said she would do. What impressed me most was her level of customer service. At one point, while traveling through California on a weekend, she personally picked up the Schluter trim we needed from another Floor & Decor store and brought it back to the Reno store so it would be available for our project. She routinely answered my calls and texts on her personal cell phone, even outside of normal business hours, simply because she genuinely cared about making sure our project was successful. That level of dedication is almost impossible to find today. Building a home is one of the most stressful things I've ever done, but having Angela on our team made an enormous difference. Over the course of this project, she became much more than our designer—I truly consider her a friend. I can honestly say I could not have completed this project without her. If you're planning a remodel or building a home, do yourself a favor and find Angela at Floor & Decor in Reno before you make any tile decisions. She is knowledgeable, talented, caring, and one of the best customer service professionals I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Thank you, Angela, for everything you did for us!”

“I had a great experience buying a part I could not find at the big box stores. I am glad to know that I was able to purchase what I needed. They do sell to the public, but probably some parts can only be sold to professionals. I'm very pleased with my experience at Ferguson Plumbing Supply.”

“I can't say enough positive things about this place! From the moment I entered the building, I was warmly greeted by Hailey, who asked me a few questions to assist in getting me together with the right showroom -consultant, who ended up being Hollie.I was there to select and purchase various items for an upcoming bathroom remodel project. Hollie was not only friendly and personable, but super knowledgeable about these products (tub, toilet, vanity, sinks and various plumbing hardware that goes along with it.) Any time she wanted to be sure of something, we went back to her desk to look it up on her computer. I guess I may have taken close to 2 hours of her time, but genuinely felt like everything was nailed down upon my departure. I never felt like I was with a sales individual, but with someone who asked questions, listened to my responses and guided me in the direction of my best interests. A+ customer service! Both Hailey and Hollie are wonderful ambassadors for Ferguson Plumbing Supply. I'm SO glad I went there!”

“My Kitchen and Bath Designer recommended Ferguson and, specifically, Mindi Seidel (Hynek), sales consultant. Mindi was great from the start. She helped me find my preferred JennAir line of kitchen products. Then, when we discovered that the JennAir Induction Range was no longer available, Mindi quickly found a Bosch substitute that was also the right size for my kitchen. (Problem solved.) Much later, when I was registering products, the online JennAir agent asked for a photo of the model number on the Hood, which I could not find on the installed product. Once again - here's Mindi, to-the-rescue: "Can you take the grates out of the hood and take a picture of the serial/part number that way?" Yes, I could! (Again, problem solved.) Mindi has always been willing to answer questions even after products were installed. It is so helpful to be able to stay in contact with the same sales person. I am very grateful for the good customer service at Ferguson in Reno.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service and Great Experience I've been to this Williams-Sonoma location at The Summit Reno twice now, and each time the staff has been super helpful and genuinely kind. The team here is excellent, providing a great experience while I was shopping for cookware and kitchen accessories. It’s always a pleasure to visit a store where the employees are so professional and focused on customer service. Highly recommend!”
