“We had a three man team to move us from an upstairs apartment to a townhouse style apartment. These guys were exceptional in every way - showed up early, worked non stop, took care with our stuff and maintained professionalism throughout the process. I would hire them again in a minute. We didn't have an easy move with so many stairs and tight spaces involved but they got it done. Plus the temperatures were warm and uncomfortable for August. I don't know how they managed to pack our Uhaul as efficiently as they did - something I've never been good at. I have moved my own stuff for the past 30 years but due to back problems I can't lift heavy loads anymore. Trusting Loading Helpers was the right move. I'm very glad I went with them and will again in the future if I need to.”

Unlike other storage rentals where you can’t get out of the office fast enough, this office experience truly was less than 15 minutes and they were so kind I wanted to linger longer and hang out! “Long Distance Move Made Painless (so far) Needed to move my two bedroom apartment and garage from Reno, NV all the way to Boston, MA. I’ve used PODS before for much shorter moves and was happy with their serve so contacting them again for this one made sense. It was an easy phone call to a PODS agent that got the right size PODS reserved then later delivered to our complex. I was worried about how/where the 16’ beast would be placed but their driver, Steve, was amazing! He showed up right on time and went above and beyond to get the container situated and maneuvered around so as to be easily accessed for filling and the least obtrusive to other complex tenants. He gave some recommendations on how to fill and secure the contents properly and reassured this nervous movers that all was well. It took several days to fill them Steve was back, again, right on time, and picked it up. I then scheduled the pick up from Reno and put onto a truck for the big move cross country. Still a bit nervous about how well unprotected my stuff once I open it again in Boston, but that’s to be expected I guess. So far PODS has been wonderful to work with. I have gotten regular updates via text, phone calls and email about the entire process and all I’ve dealt with have been professional and patient with my questions. I have recommended them to friends in the past and will continue to do so.”

“We had to use them for a short time while showing our house for sale. Candy and Bob were amazing! Bob went out of his way to make sure we could get our things into our storage shed without any hitch. Candy is amazing at the front desk, and although we were leaving to go far away with no way to get our prorated refundcheck mailed to us, she called before we left to come pick it up. I have never seen a storage company work so hard to make the customers comfortable. If I’m ever back in Reno again, they will be my choice!”
