“We had a great experience using U-Pack for our 1,000-mile relocation move. The drivers were friendly and responsive, and any customer service contacts were very pleasant. My only challenge was finding a padlock that worked to secure the bulkhead. The local home store did not supply any locks which met the requirements, so my shipment was picked up without the bulkhead being secure. My items were not disturbed in any way, however, but my suggestion to U-Pack would be to provide an option to purchase a padlock during the reservation process. Overall a wonderful experience!”
“Pulled in to have steer tire replaced and they actually replaced both front tires and had me out the door in less than a hour. By far the best service and friendly staff I've ever encountered in over 30 years of trucking. The only negative was that the lot was pretty much full but they had moved vehicles and filled the service bays before I was finished so I probably just had bad timing on arrival. Highly recommend this location for getting any future service done.”
“The workers did a great job packing and loading, except one was a bit rough with my items. I told him my electronic keyboard was fragile but he just ignored me and bounced it down the steps on the dolly on top of a load of boxes. I had the driver, the lead, speak to him but he bounced the remaining loads down the steps as well. The other two were very good. Fortunately nothing was damaged. I would use Allied in Sparks again, just not that one worker.”

“I get my raw dog food delivered by GLS for the past 2 years. I live in the VC Highlands so it's not always the easiest place to get to depending on the weather. They always try very hard to make sure I get my packages on time. Today I had a delivery of food that I really needed 11/22/23 because I was getting low and it was Thanks Giving weekend. I knew if it didn't come today I might run out. I waited all day because the website said it was out for delivery but the sun went down and I was sure it wasn't going to happen. When low and behold 8:00 at night in the pitch blackness, the GLS driver dropped off my needed packages. Thank you GLS you guys rock!”
