I needed a chain and instructions on sharpening my existing chain. These gentlemen were so great and patient with me. I also looked at new saws. I was able to see Stihl, Husky, and Echo saws. That was the best 2 hrs I spent there ever. Now I know what I need and want. Thank you Outdoor Power.
