“I really enjoyed this store. It has everything you need for outside purposes. We own a small yard clean up business, it had what I've needed. My wife really enjoyed the clothes selection. It has a lot of stuff. We definitely will be back. Can't wait to see more.”

“This place is stocked to the ceiling with a ton of industrial parts, supplies and even some tools. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I brought in some parts I needed hardware for and he had just about everything. A few small, stainless metric allen bolts he didn't have in stock. He said he could have had them the next day but since I was in a pinch he kindly recommended me to a different store that had them in stock. They were even able to custom make a stainless steel braided hose to my required specifications and had the adapters I needed for my application.”

“I needed new drawer slides. Gave them call and learned about their excellent return/guarantee policy. Knowing they may not fit, I ordered anyway, just in case they would fit. Well, they didn't but Lee Valley return policy made this simple. Much like Amazon. Just print out a return label, make sure everything is in the box, and drop it off (in my case) at UPS. Couldn't be any easier.”

“Fantastic store. Beautiful plants! Every type you can think of, including poinsettias. Also, all caretaking products.
I actually only have one small issue. I only have one suggestion, comment. The price wasn't on one of my plant items, and the young ladies at register told me to walk back over to get the price. I didn't mind - but when I returned with a duplicate item, they requested I go back again, because one of the items I was buying was all twisted up. I didn't twist it, I'm not sure how it got that way. I said I'd buy it as is.
If I was working there, I wouldn't think that was an appropriate way, to treat a customer. They were young, and chatting with one another. I understand it; I wasn't angry. I will return to store, it's one of my favorite places.”

“I needed to get an adapter for my new fridge’s water line. I had no idea what I was looking for, thankfully an older gentleman named Michael helped me get the right parts for the water line! There was no way I was going to figure it out myself. Thank you for saving me a headache and multiple trips to the store, Michael!!!”
“If your looking to pick up an order quickly on a Sunday absolutely never do curbside pick up in the middle of a Sunday, I waited in my car for 20 minutes just end up going inside to the counter and physically pick it up from the online order counter. It's not the employees fault I just think they could use an extra couple people working online orders over the weekends to accommodate the diy weekend warrior rush”
“I went to Home Depot on Thursday morning to purchase various items for a project I’m having built—a small roof-like cover over my air conditioner to help protect it from bird droppings.
I brought a photo of what I wanted to build, and I was absolutely amazed by the service I received. Three incredible Home Depot employees—Ed in the Paint Department, Mike in Delivery, and Byron in Order Fulfillment—worked together to help me with every detail of the project. They went above and beyond, right down to helping me determine the correct size nails I would need.
They also thought of things I hadn’t even considered, such as recommending that I paint the wooden posts because of the weather conditions here. They offered suggestions and advice that went well beyond simply helping me find the items on my list. Their teamwork, knowledge, patience, and willingness to help were truly exceptional.
I cannot thank Ed, Mike, and Byron enough for all of their help and advice. They made what could have been a confusing project so much easier, and I genuinely appreciated the time and effort they put into helping me.
I sincerely hope Home Depot recognizes these three employees for their outstanding customer service. Whether that means a bonus, reward, or simply some well-deserved recognition, they absolutely deserve it. Employees like Ed, Mike, and Byron are a wonderful reflection of what great customer service should be.
