The Children's Cabinet is a clean facility with friendly staff. Children are given free books after meeting and a fun variety of coloring books, activity books, and stuffed animals. The place provide resources for the community and food, individual or family counseling and help for younger children. Staff and counselors are nice, helpful, and super friendly, and donating is super helpful.
I had a simple question and the professionalism I got back was shocking. Whoever the lady on the phone was, was incredibly rude. I love the organization and what they do, but the customer service is horrible.

They claim to want to help but to qualify for child care assistance both parents have to be working. That makes absolutely no sense at all! If both parents were working we wouldn’t need assistance. Don’t waste your time.
