“Check engine light came on in my 2012 BMW X5 diesel. Turned out to be problem with the DEF system which had to be replaced. Techs did a great job of explaining what was wrong and options. I opted for replacing the system. Not cheap, but SAS has cared for my last three BMW’s and I’ve been very happy with the honesty and the quality of their work. Happy I opted to do the repair properly after weighing the options.”

“Our vehicle overheated. We were towed from Loveluck NV to Pro 1 automotive based on a referral from AAA. This took place late Wednesday night prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. We used the night drop and scheduled an appointment first thing Monday morning, when the shop reopened. Dustin and his staff were able to quickly diagnose the issue with our car. It turned out that the radiator cap had broken and the spring was inside the radiator. They were able to retrieve the spring supply, new radiator cap and replenish the coolant. They also supplied us with additional coolant for our trip back to California just in case. It was a challenging/frustrating experience for the holidays for sure with a positive ending and that the repair was far less expensive than we thought it might be. And most importantly, we were able to make it safely back to California. Much thanks to Dustin and his staff!”

“This company has been here forever. They are consistent and work very hard to get it done for you. I went for two used tires. Savannah is SUPER❤️?? It was busy, and still only took 45 mins to complete. The Guys are so nice. The tires are awesome ! I sat in the waiting room, had coffee and talked to some other guests. “Called after 6:00 pm on Veteran’s Day and Hugo answered. When I showed up, he was waiting with a warm, clean shop ready to check my tires. He found a screw in one of them and quickly said he could patch it. Added more air in all (4) tires as well, to offset the cold temps. So fair. So polite. So professional. “2 new steer tires,3 axle alignment, very friendly and nice place to do business, better than local truck stops,no issues with alignment. We'll back to get 2 more steer tires and a front end alignment, just showed up on Monday, told them what I needed and it was executed a day ahead of what they told me they could do. They did a very good job on communicating with me as needed. Fernley as a Purcell no alignment machine and the customer service is not good. Thanks fellas at perceives in sparks for keeping me moving in a timely manner.”
“100%, A+. I called for a same day pre-inspection. Sergio locked me in for that same morning. I showed up early and his team started early. I was able to complete some work, join a Teams meeting and enjoy some delicious complementary coffee in the safe and clean waiting room. The website prices for the new year had not been updated and Sergio honored them, which was very much appreciated. Our mechanic Nick took a couple of minutes to talk with me directly about my car. The facility is great. The team members are even greater. Sergio is a good dude. Give the Auto Clinic a shot. I think you will be satisfied.”
“Fantastic experience at Sierra Car Care! Philip started off the interaction with excellent customer service, and I left with a perfectly aligned car at a reasonable price. Highly recommend. Only thing of note is they do not allow waiting at the shop as there is no waiting room. No problem though as 100ft away is a coffee shop and excellent bar and grill.”
