“My sister is on a fixed income, so I help her out when needs oil changes or work done on her car. Her car made terrible noises when she stopped and it had a few other issues. She took it to Sean at Andy’s. Sean was able to look at the car and give us an estimate within an hour or so, it was quick. Sean was professional, very thorough and kind. I live in Texas and he trusted me to pay for the repairs long distance. He completed the work on my sister’s vehicle that same day. She said it runs and stops perfectly with no odd sounds or noises. Car repair is usually stressful, but Sean made it easy and affordable. I have confidence in the work he did and that my sister’s car is now safe and reliable. Thank you so much.”

Both times, they took care of it quickly and completely free of charge because I had purchased my wheels from them. “My rear tires had wear on the inner most sides of the tires. I had just purchased the vehicle and from looking at the tires it appeared as if they were never rotated. I wasn't sure if the rear wear pattern was an issue or not. I explained this to the alignment tech. He checked the alignment and the printout showed that everything was within specs. He didn't charge me to check as no adjustments were needed. He did suggest to rotate the tires often once I have new tires installed. Both the guy behind the counter and the alignment tech were knowledgeable and polite. 5 stars all the way for the professionalism and honesty.”

“Very happy with this shop. Took my car in for an alignment after being told by several big chains that it would take a week to get my car alignment conpleted. When I got to the shop I was greeted promptly by employees. I was given a same day appointment for an alignment which exceeded expectations. After I got my car back I was very happy with how straight the my car drives. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone trying to get their car repaired in a reasonable amount of time.”

“March 5, 2026. I strolled into Discount tires on Los Altos about 35 minutes before closing for a tire rotation & balance. Although, the store was pretty busy they still welcomed me with a smile. Josh was awesome. He was very efficient servicing my car & when finished he went everything on my 2018 ToyotaI. He was great!!
I do not like to go into any retail store close to closing but my schedule makes it hard for me to always be conscious of time, as well as makes it difficult to make an appointment. Thanks Josh & crew you all ROCK!”
