“We had a great experience with Mike Russell and his team in Sparks/Reno, Nevada. We had a flat on our Fifth Wheel after leaving Elko, Nevada and changed the tire. When we got to Sparks/Reno, we stopped at Southern Tire Mart to get the tire checked out... needed new tire. Mike took care of us and his staff were fast in prepping the tire for us to put it on the RV when we got back to the campground. Excellent staff, professional, friendly and very helpful!”

“I went in on a late sunday afternoon, and they were able to work me in/out in an hour and a half! I pointed out to Sean that I had a visible screw in the driver's front tire and needed a patch. The tech found a second one I didn't even know about in the passenger side! (It wasn't leaking air.) I spoke with Sean about a quote for tires because I am going to need new ones soon enough. There was no pressure to sell/buy. He told me my current tires are still in alright shape but keep them on my radar. I appreciated the time and care they took to help me out.”

When I got to the shop I was greeted promptly by employees. I was given a same day appointment for an alignment which exceeded expectations.
