“I just wanna say even tho im a little annoyed about the new bag situation & them raising their prices, the employees at this one are wonderful especially the daytime lady with brunette hair in a ponytail she is so sweet & im sorry I was kinda rude about the bags!!”
“The store is clean and okay but what really made my day was working with Melody. Melody helped my wife and I buy a switch 2. A day later we returned with some trade ins and they were more then willing to help us. The store was busy and they were the only one there. Extremely pleasant to be around and knowledgeable of the procedure.”
“Daniel was so awesome. We had problems with an online order. The CSR was unhelpful. So I went to the store. Problem : we live 3 hours away from Reno, the closest store. Instead of saying sorry can't help you, come back another time, he was so kind and understanding about our situation. He spent the time it took to check in with his manager to resolve our issue. I appreciate him so much and can't thank him enough. He's a rock star :-)”
“Sometimes the employees are awesome. Other times they act like they are being waterboarded in the back and their families are being held at gun point.
Generally like the store but man the vibes are terrible with certain employees. The selection is good, prices are fair, and the online singles inventory is genuinely useful. Also, I think your email notification system for when orders are ready is not working.”
“So the guy who runs this store knows his business. He was a great sales person & suggestively mentioning items to get a better PKG deal, how could my son go wrong for a system, games and controllers. I had so much fun in that store, I didn't know all the cool gadgets and stuffed animals they had a long with cups & shirts. I'm going back just to buy things I liked for my grandbabies & myself. Thanks for the great service and mentioning the sale items too.”

“I have never been to the store but I called about these Labubu things that my step daughter wants. The lady who answered the phone Cassy was VERY knowledgeable about them. She even told me how to authenticate them. If I ever need to go to a toy store or ask any questions Toy N More is the place to go. I have been in customer service for approximately 25 years and Cassy did it right. She was kind, knowledgeable, hopeful, and helpful. She is a perfect example of customer service!? The owner should give her a raise or promotion.”
