“I love the staff here. All of the ladies are very kind. I do want to put in a complaint about the manager here. I think he is newer but I went in today to buy some yarn, and I overheard him harrassing one cashier lady that had been there for a long time. I think the tone and attitude he had towards her was not only unprofessional but also seemed very apathetic. Please treat your employees better. They are always so kind to me and everyone. I dont only shop at dollar tree for the great savings but also because of the excellent customer service they provide. Please treat them with more respect, they deserve better than that.”
“I love tokidoki, which use to be hard dor me to find, and now Five Below usually has at least a few of their blind bag toys and I love it! They always have really cool books that are triple the $5 price at other stores”

I would knock it down more due to the service towards children after school, but I understand. It does feel obnoxious to be constantly accused of stealing or rushed and shouted to hurry up by CERTAIN employees when I'm just tryna decide if I want the queso ruffles or chesters fries but I honestly somewhat understand. A lot of thieves here and the kids go crazy here (I know from experience, I've witnessed old friends do it). So, I will keep the 4 stars.

“The fresh new items balanced against the lack of consistency with out-of-stock and no longer available items is the yen and yang of shopping at the DT. I did have a new experience with the Dollar Tree. I ordered online. Unfortunately the item description did not accurately reflect the item I ordered Christmas buckets). I was shocked at how easy it was to exchange the item I ordered for the ones I needed (bigger Christmas buckets) that were now in-stock). The manager went out of his way to check the backroom for more as well.”
“Does anyone know Melvin (Earl) Hatley? He’s 69 years old, has slightly longer hair, and uses a wheelchair. He appeared in an interview from August 2024 by the Nevada Cares Campus Resource Center. I’ve been trying to get in touch with him for a while.

My boyfriend and I were debating which location has the best X, Y, and Z. Well, I visited this location and he was right! Not only do they have the best selection of snacks and skin care (aka my first two stops at a Dollar Tree), but the customer service was excellent. When I was walking around, a woman helped me find exactly what I was looking for. And the cashier was funny and efficient; he brightened my day! I didn’t get his name; but, Corporate, just ask any employee “Who is the funniest coworker?” and that’ll be him, he deserved a raise!
This is my new location, it’s not as close to my house but I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes for customer service like this—plus the skincare, Dermasil everything—IYKYK!”

I wanted to share a truly positive experience I’ve had at the local Goodwill donation center, specifically regarding a staff member named Crystal.
I have visited this location twice recently to drop off donations, and both times, Crystal was the one assisting me. I cannot say enough good things about her attitude and professionalism. From the moment I pulled up, she was incredibly friendly, always wearing a genuine smile that made the process feel welcoming and appreciated.
It is rare to encounter someone so consistently helpful and upbeat. She handled my donations with care and efficiency, making what is usually just a quick chore feel like a pleasant interaction. It is clear that Crystal takes pride in her work, and she is a fantastic representative for the Goodwill team.

“Dollar tree is my go to for party supplies usually. I stopped at this location for work party decorations. It is a busy location. Lot's of folks had recently shopped as many party shelves were empty. I was looking for cowboy or rodeo decorations, which they didn't have, but we found some items to make do with.”

“Today's experience was like no other. This grocery outlet is not like the rest. The cleanliness was top notch. Every aisle was neat and everything was stocked up correctly. I found so many good deals and I was impressive that you had really good brands and not expiring soon which was a plus. I love everything you had made this shopping trip from not wanting to do this to ooops maybe 1 to many items more lol.
As for the cashier sorry if i spell the name wrong but (gemma) red hair if i am correct. She was incredible her attitude and smile was on point. Her politeness and knowledge of the items especially in savings was so good. This is what customer service used to be I wish she was the example used on those training videos. Thank you Gemma.”
