“My family are longtime patrons of Deeno's Automotive and have been using that shop for all of our Automotive maintenance and repair for over 15yrs. We were a bit apprehensive when we learned that Deeno's was acquired by LT Automotive earlier this year. That being said I had to take my 98 Dodge Ram in today because the power window on the driver's side failed (again). This problem was initially repaired at the previous shop and was again warranty repaired just under a year ago. Just received a call from LT and they informed me that not only were they going to continue to honor the warranty (lifetime warranty) on the replacement part, but also there would be no charge for the labor today as the issue was caused by a loose connector from the last repair. They could easily have not mentioned the error and charged me for labor or at least, the diagnostic. It's so difficult to find an Automotive shop you can trust these days so that in and of itself is a huge win in my book. 10 out of 10 would recommend!”

They even put the cat converter we had loosened up back together for us and replaced a stripped screw and only asked for $20 to do it. When I called and described my situation to Jessie, not only did she understand the significance of it, she knew what needed to be addressed. In addition, she listened as I explained this was not the best time for me to take on the expense of repair work. Daniel and Junior both share her supportive and knowledgeable demeanor when dealing with customer concerns. They understood the importance of the repairs which needed to be made and offered financing options for the repair work and service.The repair work. All was done in a timely and thorough manner. They checked my vehicle first, and I shared with them information and an estimate from a previous shop. They fully addressed the issues to keep it running and explained to me how the next set of repairs would work. I received a written estimate and explanation of the work. I walked out at the end of the day with my car working solidly and parts on order for the rest of the repairs (I've had issues with supply chains. Not cool at this point, but it is what it is).If you need work done, I recommend Acuna as the place to get it done. They open at 8 AM, so you might need to make drop off arrangements, but they communicate, they're thorough, and they stand behind their estimates and the work they do. As well, Señor Tequila's is next door, and it's always great to have an excellent meal after dealing with automobile issues.”

“We had been broken down for two weeks and were at our wits end as we had been stood up by two other mobile mechanics who promised to show up and never did. I found this company here on Yelp, and as soon as the tech came out, he knew right away what the issue was after doing a diagnostic and actually listening to us as we told him everything we had already replaced. A couple of days later, they came back out to fix the problem, which was the fuel pump . We can't even begin to say how thankful we are for their professionalism and timely repair. We highly recommend this company if you ever need a mobile mechanic as they're prompt, reasonable, and reliable. We will definitely use them again.”

“I had a 4wd issue with my 21018 GMC Sierra. I couldn’t find a shop that had time to look at it except ones looked really unkempt and dirty. Also with a lack of updated equipment. I made a call to AAMCo and spoke to Gabriel. He said bring it in 1st thing in the morning. I received a call before noon and they had found the issue in the transfer module. I gave the go ahead to fix and they took care of it by the next day. I dealt with Gabriel and Jacob. They both walked me through the process, the diagnostic procedure and the cost to fix. Both were great to work with and had an attitude of happy to help someone. Great job fixing the issue and a better job of service to the customer. Thxs guys!!”

“I've been patronizing this location for a lot of years, like since they opened. The service is always stellar, until today. Which is kind of a bummer because I really love this place and I love supporting them. I stopped to get my smog check and registration. The technician appeared to be very...let's just say not in a good mood. That's not my fault. I was cheerful and nice to him. Asked how his day was, saw he was not in a great mood so decided to try to cheer him up by being nice, asking him how his day is, etc. no happy response and he never even looked at me. So I don't give Safe Lube 4 stars I gave my technician 4 stars. Maybe he'll have a better day. Tomorrow.”

“After a flat tire on I-80 westbound AND a spare tire which came off the rim, I was towed to this place. They were AWESOME! Friendly, super helpful, recommended a hotel to stay at, even suggested I Uber to Costco, buy cheaper tires, bring them back there to have installed (which I didn't end up doing).
