They called my parents and found a dolly for them. Setup the car and took care of the situation. Thanks for the quick response!
***Beware*** My parents rented a moving truck with a dolly to pull their car. The dolly was in the contract and was supposed to be there when they picked up the truck. They drove 5 hours to pick up the truck and when they got there, they were told that the dolly they had paid for was rented to someone else and the closest one they had was in San Francisco! So they had to pay for a hotel while they waited for the dolly to get there only to find out that it didn't fit their car. Now they have to leave their car in a sketchy part of town while they drive across state lines to move. To make matters worse, they have to fly out to pick up their car just to drive it back to their new residence. Budget is not offering any help other than "we're sorry". Rent at your own risk, if what you contractually paid for isn't available, you'll be the one who gets screwed.”

“In my opinion this is the way to go. Because their office and rental cars are located just off the airport campus, they are able to provide a seemless personal airport pickup and door to door dropoff. I rented a Subaru Forester new in immaculate condition that traversed the Lake Tahoe mountain with ease.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND RENT A WRECK!”
