They called my parents and found a dolly for them. Setup the car and took care of the situation. Thanks for the quick response!
***Beware*** My parents rented a moving truck with a dolly to pull their car. The dolly was in the contract and was supposed to be there when they picked up the truck. They drove 5 hours to pick up the truck and when they got there, they were told that the dolly they had paid for was rented to someone else and the closest one they had was in San Francisco! So they had to pay for a hotel while they waited for the dolly to get there only to find out that it didn't fit their car. Now they have to leave their car in a sketchy part of town while they drive across state lines to move. To make matters worse, they have to fly out to pick up their car just to drive it back to their new residence. Budget is not offering any help other than "we're sorry". Rent at your own risk, if what you contractually paid for isn't available, you'll be the one who gets screwed.”
“There is nothing I can think of that could make my experience any better. I'm bad with names, but the team member that checked me in and out was amazing! She is very good at her job and deserves recognition for it. The guy who hooked up the trailer was great and made sure everything was in order as far as it being secure and making sure all the lights worked. You have some top notch team members working at this location. I will always use U-HAUL for my moving needs, especially this location.”

“Very courteous and they go the extra mile. Call them for a shutfle once your plane’s wheels touch down and they will come to pick you up. My car was a Subaru and I loved it. It was a pleasure doing business with Rent-a-Wreck. It’s just a name, the cars are actually new and very nice.”
