Horrible customer service. Don’t know what they are doing. Staff just tells you to call the number on the back of the card for any questions . Useless

Cash withdrawl function is always unavailable... This is the prime Wells Fargo location in town if you want to go to the ATM and have cash withdrawals "temporarily" unavailable on a consistent basis. If you do want cash when you go to the ATM, go to another one and skip this joke of a location.
