“Find a different place for you vehicle loans. My vehicle was totaled, insurance notified them of this and was informed that a payment was forthcoming. The payment from insurance was sent 1-2 weeks after my payment was due, note I never missed or was late on a single payment while I banked here, yet they still submitted a late payment to credit bureaus and my score subsequently went down 80 points. First time in my life I've had a "late" car payment. When I called them to try and work through this, I was told there was nothing they could do for me. Spend your money elsewhere with a financial institution that cares about their clients, this place doesn't.EDIT: Thank you very much for taking care of this, it is greatly appreciated. I have changed my review to reflect the prompt customer service and issue being resolved”

I mainly bank at US Bank due to the super convenient online banking application, I couldn't get along without it. “This is typically my go to bank. Staff are friendly, staffing is not as bad as bank of America or chase bank but still appears understaffed. Otherwise pleasant visits from the time I enter, get assisted and exit the building it's usually a 7 minute or less visit. During today's visit I was helped by Arturo a very kind young man, and a people person.”

“This branch is inside the Save Mart. It is just a small kiosk with one little area for three people to sit. Teller's are friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. My husband and I were surprised to see that CD's are running in the 4% range. It is a fast and efficient way to access the bank on Saturdays.”

“America First Credit Union wrote my auto loan via my favorite auto dealer Bill Pearce at a very competitive and reasonable rate when my soon to be ex-credit union would not. Bonus round.. these guys also set me up with a VISA, it has a modest credit limit but I am diligent about payments and timeliness so I expect that'll increase over time.Once upon a time I had a credit score in the high 800's that's until I became disabled, lost everything, bankrupt and more. Having worked hard, saved, invested, amassed significant assets then boom out of nowhere my life was turned upside down and crashing at the very bottom yet lucky to be alive it's difficult to climb back out of such circumstances, many people do not. I'm not like many people and I sincerely appreciate America First for taking a chance on me and supporting me in building my life back!For that I'm eternally grateful and I'm looking forward to building and growing our relationship!I made my first visit to the lovely Sparks branch and was met by Bailey whose welcoming charm and personality assisted me while I made my initial deposit and 1st. car payment, she's on top of her game!Thanx America First!”

“I only use the bank to deposit cash. Eduardo, one of the cashiers, does a good job.Only gripe I have - The Merrill Lynch fella leaves a couple minutes before close. I get it's only a couple minutes but I got there at 4:30 done with Eduardo by 4:45 (i bring in a lot of tip money so it takes a while) and would've liked to talk to the guy for just a minute about my finances till they closed at 5.”

“I have been a client of this bank since 2008. I have both personal and business accounts with them. They are truly great to work with and I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole staff at all of their locations but the Sparks Industrial branch staff is just amazing. First they always greet you with a smile and they know your name ( I never have had that happen to me at the bigger banks that I was a a client of) They are always very helpful and will go above and beyond to help no matter what to resolve any issue and they are super quick to jump in and offer assistance.I would highly recommend them and have done so many times. If you want to feel like your business matters and you are just not a number you should check them out. 5 starts all the way”
