“Since joining U.S. Bank, my family has had nothing but good results from each and every member of their staff. With everything done Online these days we have to understand that we can have our accounts, all of them, compromised. It's a terrible thing to have to cancel the accounts associated with whichever it was to have been hacked. Then to have to open new ones,along with your debit cards and charge cards.
The good news is that at the Los Altos branch in Sparks each and every member is detail oriented enough to make the process as easy as possible. “This branch is inside the Save Mart. It is just a small kiosk with one little area for three people to sit. Teller's are friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. My husband and I were surprised to see that CD's are running in the 4% range. It is a fast and efficient way to access the bank on Saturdays.”

“All I want to say is OMAR RUBIO!!!!! What a Fantastic Representative of B of A. I had to file some paperwork with the IRS department before the end of the year. The clock was ticking and I was in a total panic. In a Twist of Fate Mr. Rubio called me to follow up on some future planning with my retirement. I said I was going to have to wait till after the new year because I was having issues with my IRA. He asked if maybe he could help me. I could cry because HELP HE DID!!!
