“This store is significantly better than the location in South Reno off Keitzke. It does have some stupid good deals, but selection is random and a lot of the really good deals are on items very close to the expiration date. Still, the staff are very nice and I like how they put boxes up by the front of the store so you can fill a box while shopping. Makes loading groceries in/out of the car easier and I find uses for them while gardening too!”

“As someone that has gone to this costco for so many years my to favorite people are Heather and Julie that work at the doors they r amazing and remember our daughter and always so sweet they also do a great job. When I have to bring my service animal in, they understand the laws and able to go in without having to wait for a mangers to come and tell me it's okay. I have issues everytime I go in with most of the men that have worked the front but both of these lady are completely incredible. Even when no service animal they take the time to say hi to us and see how we r doing, also seen it with multiple other people they have done it with it warms my heart getting to go to this store”

“This is one of my favorite snack stops, they have a bunch of Ben and Jerry’s options and all the ingredients for most recipes at great prices :) They also have coffee bean dispensers in the coffee aisle which I think is cool lol but also it’s always so chilly everytime I go in there, night or day!”

Short handed, long lines, only two checkers, 1/2 of the self check were operational. then manager came to help check. I like this Safeway, just need to watch for the deals”

“Morning staff is amazing produce department is top notch front is perfect Bakery is out of this world I got helped instantly with any questions I needed the reason why it's not five stars is because of the very bad experience I keep on having with the manager at the deli she doesn't like me is very rude constantly rolls her eyes she really hates special requests something simple like going to the other side of the deli to get different kind of bread I stopped being a daily Customer because of her and every time I see her I'm like oh no she's going to make my day bad again ahhh”

“Aisles can be a little too narrow where two carts can barely pass each other in the opposite direction. Despite that, this store always seems to stay clean and well organized. Staff has always been polite here as well.”
“This is my go-to store for daily shopping. Generally good produce and meat selection at a good prices. Quick and easy, so good counter-balance to bulk shopping at Costco or Walmart. Staff are friendly and they have no self check-out, just real people. Rarely have to wait.”
