In an out, back on my way home to install swamp cooler that other locutions said wasn't in stock.”

“I come to this Lowe's often for different needs. It's in a very convenient location and the parking lot is very accessible even during busy seasons. Most experiences are excellent and we have zero issues. I usually wander around for the most part haha. I've purchased a washer and dryer from them on two separate occasions and both were priced well, delivery was smooth, and the items have worked well. I purchased flowers for a small garden last spring and they had such a lovely variety! I can't wait to buy more this year (I unfortunately let mine go in the middle of summer - oops)! Our only not-so great experience was last year when purchasing black-out blinds/rollers for our windows. We had issues with inconsistent measurements/cutting, but they were always quick to remedy the situation. Staff have always been kind and helpful when needed. My only complaint is the price of their Christmas decor during the holiday season - I love it all, but for the most part it seems very overpriced.”
“I had an issue with my new thermostat. I received excellent service. It was so easy to get a quote and schedule an appointment (all through the site messaging). When he arrived, he was very nice and was very respectful. Cleanliness was clearly a priority. On top of that, he walked me through an explanation of what was happening and even gave some additional advice around my AC unit. Highly recommend the services here. Great company with a lot of expertise!I couldn't just speak more of what they did,I would recommend this company for anyone who has an issue like mine.”
“This review and rating is specifically for a customer service worker at Lowes, at Scheel's. Candy is her name and she is the friendliest person over the phone. I had a problem with an order and she followed through to the end to resolve this. Everybody else just tells you you'll get a call back, and then nothing. She completely took care of my issue because she gave a damn. Now Lowes does not get the same rating . I would complain here but I don't want it to reflect on Candy. She's to good to work there, seriously. And concerning Lowes itself, I think the other reviewers have already spoken. Thanks again Candy. Sincerely John X.”
