“My dad past away I December, I started trying to get his phone turned off January 3, I February I discovered it had not been turned off, at this time I talked to a few different people, and felt I was getting the run around in an already difficult time, I was considering taking my cell phone to another carrier, on February 13 I met Nicholas, in the Sparks, Nevada corporate office, he was able to finally get dad's phone turned off, and gave me the number to discuss the bill I had in my hand, since I had tried back in January to get the phone turned off to avoid any more bills, the number he gave hung up on me 4 times, I went back to Nicholas in March and hopefully he has got this final bill taken care of, Nicholas has kept me from going to another carrier. Nicholas was amazing.”
“Jeshua helped me with my business account that I was unable to handle when calling customer service several times. He stepped up and helped me get through to the right person when he didn’t necessarily have to take the time, as they aren’t able to handle the tasks in store. He was calm, attentive, and very helpful to get the situation handled with their customer service line.”
