“Jason and Juan were awesome. Jason help set me up with a new phone and trade in for my old phone. Jason was kind and friendly. When I had to come back an hour later (forgot my Apple password) Jason was on a break but Juan helped finish the transfer and was patient with teaching me the new phone. This location was clean and friendly. We will be back to this spot for any future AT&T needs

“I came in this store a little upset from the service I got at a different T-mobile location that same day. I decided to try this store on my way home and I’m glad I did.
I was helped by Chris. He was able to answer all my questions in a clear and professional manner. He was polite and very patient. I was ready to cancel my service with T-mobile because of my first in-store experience that day, but Chris made me want to keep my service. I got a promotion on my account, I was able to get 2 new phones, and I was offered other promotions that I decided to decline.
I was very satisfied with the customer care I received. Chris went over my options and was patient and dedicated his time to help me until my whole process was complete. It took about 2 hours and the whole time he was calm and professional.
I needed 2 new phones and I was quoted over $120 for only 1 phone and a service plan more expensive at the first location.
I ended up with 2 phones for $170 (the same ones I was originally offered at other location for a cheaper price)
And I also got a bigger discount on my account for being a loyal customer for over 15 years.
I’m glad I got a second opinion.
I saved on the devices and in the long run on my bill.
I highly recommend coming to this store and talking to Chris he definitely knows what’s available for each individual customer.

“I recently had problems with my phone. I went to a number of Metro stores with not much help with the problem. The store manager Vanilla was able to not only help me, but She offered me a deal with T mobile with a new phone. Vanilla went over and above to help me. You need more employees like her.”

He was very nice to repeat things so I knew how to operate the phone before I left the store..After I left I forgot to ask a question about travel programs so I went back and he answered it and connected my phone to the program.
