Right when you walk in, she makes you feel welcome, which is rare these days! “Bought a beautiful cross with black paw print years ago from 4 Paws Forever and the clamp broke. I was pretty sure they offered a lifetime guarantee on their jewelry but since I didn't keep my receipt or any docs I figured I was going to be out of luck but I contacted them anyways to see what they recommended. I spoke with Karen on the phone about what happened and without a best she said to send back my charm and they'd fix no questions asked! I sent back the charm along with a second charm someone bought for me from 4 Paws Forever and the necklace (not bought from them) I wear both charms on, thinking a different clamp may be in order but leaving it up to them to decide. Karen was in touch with me via text from the moment I called until my gorgeous jewelry was returned. They replaced the clamp with a bigger one, polished up all my jewelry and sent back so beautifully packaged up for no additional charge! The customer service Karen and her team give is extraordinary and just another reason why I'm be a customer for LIFE! Thank you Karen and 4 Paws Forever, not only is your jewelry gorgeous, high quality and very special to those of us that have lost our beloved pets, but the way you continue to care for your customers is something unheard of these days!!!”

“1st stop in the store. Excellent customer service. Staff is knowledgeable, which is great. All kinds of dog and cat food. All kinds of doggy toys and cat toys. They even had ferrets, which my kiddo loved. And they do have gold fish but soon adding more fish. Turtles and lizards they have a well. All around great store and people.”
