4790 Caughlin Parkway, Reno NV 89519
“My experiences at Caughlin Pack-n-Ship have always been consistently great! The newest owner, Mike, is always willing to help and/or offer solutions to anything I need to mail. And, Anna is amazing! She is patient will all requests and knows what you can and can't do as far as anything you need to mail, pack, or ship. With limited help these days it is so nice to go here and see consistent familiar employees who are always welcoming. I feel their prices are very fair and worth it considering it's very conveniently located so close to my home. Kudos to Mike and his staff for running a very honest and good small business!”

12645 South Virginia Street, Reno NV 89511
“Conveniently located. Professional and courteous staff. Ample parking. Never had any issue with this location. And now, it's my favorite location because of the self service machine where you can scan your package and get a receipt without having to stand in line (unless there's a line to use the machine - never happened to me). If only all FedEx locations had this machine, but I guess it's due to the sheer volume that this location processes.”

“Super nice people. They treated me like a human and looked me in the eyes and even went out of their way to accommodate my early arrival. They even allowed me to stay on the property overnight so I could pickup early AM(I was a full day early). I wish every facility was just like this one. Plenty of room to back in. Not super busy. I don't know what else you could ask for.”

“I went to a FedEx store to get passport photos done. My wife’s photo came out great but mine didn’t. I finally settled on one but just wasn’t comfortable that the passport office would accept it. Went back, tried again the next day, still no joy. They called another store in Midtown, went up there and took multiple photos, one of which looked acceptable. They didn’t charge me anything extra and went to a great deal of effort to get the pics right. I appreciate the effort they went through and as far as I know, the passport office is fine with it. Very good customer service!”

“If you were to tell me that a routine trip to a shipping storefront could double as a warm, soul-affirming experience, I would have assumed you’d been breathing in too many packing peanut dust particles. Yet, here we are. The UPS Store on S Virginia St in Reno is operating on an entirely different vibrational plane than any other parcel depot on the planet. I walked in braced for the usual logistics experience—gray counters, faint tape-dispenser squeaks, and the vague, lingering anxiety of missing an apartment number—and was instead greeted by pure, unadulterated heart. First, let’s talk about Jenni. Jenni is a wizard. Calling her efficient feels like an insult to the art form she has created behind that counter. She approaches a stack of chaotic, oversized boxes with the kind of creative vision usually reserved for master sculptors or high-stakes origami champions. She doesn't just package your items; she crafts a protective, structural masterpiece around them with speed, flair, and genuine kindness. Then there’s Deep, who operates with a level of warmth that instantly de-escalates whatever mild panic brought you through the front doors in the first place. Deep turns routine address verifications into absolute masterclasses in customer care, pairing hyper-attentive service with a bright, welcoming vibe that makes you want to hang out in the lobby just to hear him offer advice on shipping options. Together, Jenni and Deep run this shop less like a shipping terminal and more like an elite squad of friendly logistics concierges. Five out of five stars. If you have a package to ship in Reno, bring it here. Even if you don't have anything to ship, wrap a empty box in tape just to experience what true customer service feels like.”

“Its a shame that you don't go up to 10 because thats what I would give it. Ive been going there since it first opened. Even with the new beginnings and the learning experiences of starting a new place, I was actually delighted to wait in line and experience such genuine friendly, caring even humorous interactions that the staff and the owner, MITCH, treated the clientele. If they were frowning due to the crowd when they came in, they were smiling when they left. .myself included. Great packing, mailing, and easy Amazon returns. Thanks!”
