“I had a package sent home with a family heirloom to avoid going through TSA with it. There was a shipping label mix up and the owner of the store was able to locate the package with my items in transit with the wrong the shipping label and get it sent to me. She was incredibly helpful and saved me a lot of stress. Definitely a great experience. Mistakes happen and it’s understandable and the issue was immediately fixed.”

And now, it's my favorite location because of the self service machine where you can scan your package and get a receipt without having to stand in line (unless there's a line to use the machine - never happened to me). If only all FedEx locations had this machine, but I guess it's due to the sheer volume that this location processes.”

They even allowed me to stay on the property overnight so I could pickup early AM(I was a full day early). I wish every facility was just like this one. Plenty of room to back in. Not super busy. I don't know what else you could ask for.”
“In the past when I had to go to ship items, I usually would get a feeling of dread as I was certain that an unpleasant experience was about to come before me. However, I am so happy to report that this UPS Store provides by far the best shipping experiences that I have ever had in my life. Mitch and his team go far above and beyond for their customers. I needed to ship a heavy freight order consisting of multiple items . I had no idea how I was going to do it. I contacted another UPS Store and they had no clue how to help me. When I came to Mitch, he came up with the entire plan on how to ship these items for me and at a reasonable price too! He arranged the freight service pick up, packed the items expertly, and the items arrived in perfect condition and ahead of schedule! I also had a very oversized, fragile item to ship and the staff took time to help me arrange the shipping so everything would go according to plan. I can't recommend this store enough- they are so kind, helpful, and skilled at what they do.”

“Great customer service and drivers ! I noticed my order was idle for a week and decided to contact saia , they informed me no contact info was attached to my order and they were unable to contact me to schedule drop off. They transfered me to the transit my package was at and scheduled delivery for that next day.
The following day I got a call from the driver 30 minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way so I there were no issues with delivery.
My package (200lbs) arrived a little beat up and he helped inspect it and gave me the option to send it back or keep it. He also helped me get it in the house.

“Not too long, 16 minutes. They had four windows operating. John helped me very courteously and quickly. Only complaint is with a priority box delivery time 5 days counting today used to be 2-3. Cost $21! But want my cousin to enjoy her Christmas slippers so hey, it's just $$ right!? Merry Christmas!!”
