Only 2 employees on a Saturday morning.........ridiculous.......7 people waiting and most just need to return equipment. This is why you lose customers.

Carlos is a super professional employ. I work in service industry also and he blew my mind. I was there for more than two hours and never once did I see him lose his cool or seem hurried and harassed. I think everyone in that day left.feeling very please and satisfied. This man is going to go far. He was really amazing.
