“I had a leaky radiator on my truck back in 2005. I drove 120 miles to A-1 and dropped it off, went home and then picked up the radiator a week later (paid for with a check). After installing the radiator, I found that it had fluid leaking from everywhere. I drove 120 miles again to A-1 where I spoke to the manager. He said it was not properly repaired and not checked before leaving the shop. A week later, another trip to Elko to pick up the repaired radiator. This time, it was fixed and the manager handed me my check back and said something that I will never forget: "We can get checks anywhere. Customer are more important." I've only had to get a radiator repaired once since this experience and you bet that A-1 was the place I went! The same manager still works there and does an awesome job!”
