“I worked all night 11 PM to 7 AM. Had to run and CVS on my way home. This is the second time Suzanne the associate helped me and she’s always so pleasant and kind. I get a little manic when it comes to my coupons. She’s very patient and thorough.”
“I was visiting SLT from the Bay area and had not brought enough medication for my dog. The pharmacist or technician (not sure which) was so helpful. I was worried because my senior dog is in hospice care and cries if not on her gabapentin. I called them and they said "No problem". My veterinarian technician than called CVS and I was able to get a one week supply of medications for Shady. Thanks again to whoever helped me as dealing with prescription situations while traveling can be tough.”

“This to me is the best pharmacy in South Lake Tahoe. The personnel is always willing to help you. No matter the situation is they will answer the questions you have.
For those that say that they are difficult to work with or they take too long to dispense the medications, do you not realize it is not just up to them to dispense the medications. Multiple factors such as insurance, doctor prescriptions, supplies. So, get off your high horse and give these people a break.”

“The staff at the pharmacy are very nice and helpful and patient. The only improvement would be to have more staff for when the line gets long at the pharmacy. The team at this CVS do their best to get to waiting customers as quickly as possible while providing good service to those already at the counter. I like the people there at the pharmacy.”
