I started my truck and it made noise and I bought some monsters and he asked if I wanted one out the bag and I said no and he goes. By the sounds of it you don't need it. So I asked what he ment and he said. Because my glucose monitor is going off. ???? what the hell? just to say that is pure ballsy. Give that dude a raise. “This store is significantly better than the location in South Reno off Keitzke. It does have some stupid good deals, but selection is random and a lot of the really good deals are on items very close to the expiration date. Still, the staff are very nice and I like how they put boxes up by the front of the store so you can fill a box while shopping. Makes loading groceries in/out of the car easier and I find uses for them while gardening too!”

“Hi-Lee Discount has been my go-to spot for Pro Club products for years now. On top of that they also offer Dickies and Ben Davis pieces as well, though I mainly come here for my Pro Club tees. They always have the size and color I'm looking for and the store has a ton to look at. Service is always on point too! Head in the back, tell them what you need and pay up front. Simple and sweet!”

“Always a great selection at this TJ Max location and the staff seem friendly. Just don’t make the mistake I did because the clothes isles are narrow, and think leaving your cart at the end out of curiosity to others is a good idea because it’s not. Mine disappeared and I was told the staff was probably already busy returning items in my cart thinking it was abandoned. I thought it was pretty strange to have a policy of taking carts full of merchandise without once announcing or asking is this anyone’s, but that’s just me.”
“Wish they would get FRESH PRODUCE like the 99 cent store had. Now we have THREE Dollar Trees in Carson City.. wth?!! WE really depended on that store for greatly priced food.
Other than that, it does seem like their products are a bit better in quality than they used to be and they have more of a selection with the price increase. Guessing they bought out the 99 cent store lol”

“I had my ears 2nd holes pierced here and they helped me with my original holes, I had scar tissue and skin grow over the hole after I had a spider bite on my earlobe, and they were able to re pierce it! Helen, the store manager was absolutely Wonderful! It was all super sanitary, and it's not the same "guns" as it used to be at Claires, it's a cartridge and the earring itself actually pierces your ear.”
“The store was very busy and a hot mess yet it's Valentines Day and a Friday evening it's understandable. Cashier, Mita, is very friendly and polite ? a 5 star employee ? she provided excellent customer service. Regardless of the busyness, she works with a smile and engages with customer as a friend.”

I would knock it down more due to the service towards children after school, but I understand. It does feel obnoxious to be constantly accused of stealing or rushed and shouted to hurry up by CERTAIN employees when I'm just tryna decide if I want the queso ruffles or chesters fries but I honestly somewhat understand. A lot of thieves here and the kids go crazy here (I know from experience, I've witnessed old friends do it). So, I will keep the 4 stars.
Really cheap stuff and a nice selection. Just a pretty nice place to go overall if you are looking for cheap stuff.”

“It's always a bit of a mystery box coming in here. This location is generally well stocked and organized. My last few visits they had plenty of cashiers, so the wait was not long.”

“The fresh new items balanced against the lack of consistency with out-of-stock and no longer available items is the yen and yang of shopping at the DT. I did have a new experience with the Dollar Tree. I ordered online. Unfortunately the item description did not accurately reflect the item I ordered Christmas buckets). I was shocked at how easy it was to exchange the item I ordered for the ones I needed (bigger Christmas buckets) that were now in-stock). The manager went out of his way to check the backroom for more as well.”
“I used to avoid this store because there was a single checkout and the line was usually really long. Since they put in a self check-out station theres hardly any waiting time. I think that was a great decision by them.”

“As someone who works here, the amount of stupid people we deal with on a daily basis only making $11.25 an hour we do try our best but nobody wants to work here underpayed so we stay understaffed. The store is so busy that we do not have the time to clean up the store, customers are the real issue, all of you complaining are the problem you come in here being rude and making a mess like pigs”
“Lovely store. Antonio definitely makes me feel welcome every single time i come in. It's gotten to the point where he's given me a nickname because of where i work and he remembers me everytime i come in. I absolutely love how kind he is to all of the customers when i am in there. Definitely such a great guy he deserves a raise! Best dollar tree in town no doubt about it just because of Antonio. His attitude and his thoughtful actions towards everyone makes this dollar tree stand out.”
“Like any other Dollar Tree. The staff are friendly and the products are usually stocked.
At times the checkout lines can be packed, especially during peak times, but the staff move with urgency and the manager usually jumps on a register.
I frequent this store to save a few dollars even though nothing is a dollar nowadays.”

“Dollar tree is my go to for party supplies usually. I stopped at this location for work party decorations. It is a busy location. Lot's of folks had recently shopped as many party shelves were empty. I was looking for cowboy or rodeo decorations, which they didn't have, but we found some items to make do with.”
