“Buwhahahaha you have the best employee the guy with long hair that works on the register. He is hilarious. I got to give it to him he has some balls to say that to customers. I started my truck and it made noise and I bought some monsters and he asked if I wanted one out the bag and I said no and he goes. By the sounds of it you don't need it. So I asked what he ment and he said. Because my glucose monitor is going off. ???? what the hell? just to say that is pure ballsy. Give that dude a raise. “This store is significantly better than the location in South Reno off Keitzke. It does have some stupid good deals, but selection is random and a lot of the really good deals are on items very close to the expiration date. Still, the staff are very nice and I like how they put boxes up by the front of the store so you can fill a box while shopping. Makes loading groceries in/out of the car easier and I find uses for them while gardening too!”

“Hi-Lee Discount has been my go-to spot for Pro Club products for years now. On top of that they also offer Dickies and Ben Davis pieces as well, though I mainly come here for my Pro Club tees. They always have the size and color I'm looking for and the store has a ton to look at. Service is always on point too! Head in the back, tell them what you need and pay up front. Simple and sweet!”

“I’m not from here and when I found this pace I was in Heaven so much good stuff, and prices are amazing. I got lot stuff for my house back home. This is definitely the place to go to if you want shop even just to get out the house and look. I wish there was place like this back home in Texas.”

“I don't always find what I'm looking for but most of the time I find things I didn't know I needed. While everything in the store is not a bargain, I rarely leave empty handed. Because the inventory is unique and always changing, it's fun to just walk around and see what's new.”
“I love the staff here. All of the ladies are very kind. I do want to put in a complaint about the manager here. I think he is newer but I went in today to buy some yarn, and I overheard him harrassing one cashier lady that had been there for a long time. I think the tone and attitude he had towards her was not only unprofessional but also seemed very apathetic. Please treat your employees better. They are always so kind to me and everyone. I dont only shop at dollar tree for the great savings but also because of the excellent customer service they provide. Please treat them with more respect, they deserve better than that.”
“Great place for kids, tweens and teens! A lot of earbuds and phone accessories, some candies/snacks, small toys, makeup/beauty itrms and more for overal decent prices.
The clothing is definitely directed at tweens/teens and you can tell quite lower quality clothing (normal tshirts seem decent quality) but for $5 (some things like sleep pants have been $7) is okay. The clothing runs small and sizing up may be necessary. The tshirts area for $5.55 cannot be beat+ can have some cute finds.
I do feel like some items can be found cheaper elsewhere+ their prices have climbed with years, but the store is an overal good experience for Kids to pick up something they'd like+enjoy all it has to offer. The store seems always clean and an employee has always greated me when I came inside.”

“It's always a bit of a mystery box coming in here. This location is generally well stocked and organized. My last few visits they had plenty of cashiers, so the wait was not long.”

I would knock it down more due to the service towards children after school, but I understand. It does feel obnoxious to be constantly accused of stealing or rushed and shouted to hurry up by CERTAIN employees when I'm just tryna decide if I want the queso ruffles or chesters fries but I honestly somewhat understand. A lot of thieves here and the kids go crazy here (I know from experience, I've witnessed old friends do it). So, I will keep the 4 stars.
Really cheap stuff and a nice selection. Just a pretty nice place to go overall if you are looking for cheap stuff.”

“The fresh new items balanced against the lack of consistency with out-of-stock and no longer available items is the yen and yang of shopping at the DT. I did have a new experience with the Dollar Tree. I ordered online. Unfortunately the item description did not accurately reflect the item I ordered Christmas buckets). I was shocked at how easy it was to exchange the item I ordered for the ones I needed (bigger Christmas buckets) that were now in-stock). The manager went out of his way to check the backroom for more as well.”
“I used to avoid this store because there was a single checkout and the line was usually really long. Since they put in a self check-out station theres hardly any waiting time. I think that was a great decision by them.”

“Today I went into my local dollar tree store on 7th & McCarran .. wow to my surprise the store is being remanaged by a lady that says she has a good crew now. They have cleaned up this store to the point I can say .. I’m proud of your work there and will not think twice on visiting again. Thank you so much for cleaning that place up!! I left one star off my rating, because of your front end ( registers are being ignored. The lines are pretty bad!! With 30 yrs under my belt with customer service in grocery and retail, I can tell you people will set their things down and walk away with our purchasing. The front end is your most important place in the store. Even if you have work to do in back, the customer does come first, they pay all of your wages. But in the end, I want to congratulate the new manager and crew for making this a desirable place to shop again. Thank you ???”

It's gotten to the point where he's given me a nickname because of where i work and he remembers me everytime i come in. I absolutely love how kind he is to all of the customers when i am in there. Definitely such a great guy he deserves a raise! Best dollar tree in town no doubt about it just because of Antonio. His attitude and his thoughtful actions towards everyone makes this dollar tree stand out.”

I wanted to share a truly positive experience I’ve had at the local Goodwill donation center, specifically regarding a staff member named Crystal.
I have visited this location twice recently to drop off donations, and both times, Crystal was the one assisting me. I cannot say enough good things about her attitude and professionalism. From the moment I pulled up, she was incredibly friendly, always wearing a genuine smile that made the process feel welcoming and appreciated.
It is rare to encounter someone so consistently helpful and upbeat. She handled my donations with care and efficiency, making what is usually just a quick chore feel like a pleasant interaction. It is clear that Crystal takes pride in her work, and she is a fantastic representative for the Goodwill team.

“Dollar tree is my go to for party supplies usually. I stopped at this location for work party decorations. It is a busy location. Lot's of folks had recently shopped as many party shelves were empty. I was looking for cowboy or rodeo decorations, which they didn't have, but we found some items to make do with.”
