“Perfect prices and great management! I have been renting a PO box with Nevada Mail Services for almost 6 years now and I will continue to do so.
1. The prices are jaw dropping! You don't get these deals at the postal Office, UPS, + nowhere!
I actually tried convincing Sandi (the owner) to charge a bit more, but I failed since she really does care about her clients and their personal expenses.
2. Sandy the owner is the sweetest person ever! You definitely feel like your mail and packages are being delivered at a relatives home. I never had an issue with anything. I would rather drive to her location to pick up my packages. You can even do returns here. She has printing, faxing, and copy services,bindery, laminating, graphic design, signs, and vinyl banners! She's a hard working woman with over the top work ethic.
3. If you have a business and would like a place to give you some piece of mind, come here! Sandi will definitely work with you and will help you run your business smooth! Just give her I call, I promise you won't regret it!
4. You can always call, email, or come by the office and Sandi will ALWAYS be happy to help you, like you can literally feel that she has a big o smile on the other end of the line. Costumer service is impecable!

“I have mixed feelings. I had a complaint because a driver did not knock on my door, just left a label and I had Been waiting all day.. I called 1 800 number and complained. The driver immediately came back to my trailer and apologized. Was So Respectful. Was So Kind. He thought my gate was locked. I explained it was a pickup because I do not have a car. We both laughed. He told me his name was Victor and that he would be my regular driver. I am Delighted. I called the 1 800 number again and am certain my number has been flagged. It was only 430 PM and no matter what I said, including speaking in Spanish it WILL NOT connect me to another Live person, when earlier I talked to 2. One was very nice. His name was Zak. I have now called this number and only get a busy single even though it is open till 6. I called the Nugget UPS store and the young man says the HUB has no public number. I can only assume that if one of the Driver's drops dead of heat stroke in my driveway that somehow UPS will find out. Hope so.”
“Had a horrific experience with a FedEx driver that was supposed to deliver my package to my home and get a signature. For days they never showed up, my camera footage or lack thereof is proof. I finally had my package re-routed to this store and the clerk was super helpful, he gave me some options for next time and explained a few things that were sort of disapointing but helpful. Gave me some hope. I will use them again. As for home (door) delivery for FedEx, I never plan on using them again.”

“The employees at the store I went to were not only quick, but well organized, perfectly knowledgeable about the systems they used, and completely on top of the customers in the store. The staff member who helped me specifically handled 2 customers at once because I had to step away to find some necessary information on my phone, and I instructed him to help the next customer. When I returned he handled the 2 of us perfectly and simultaneously. All the whole he maintained a professional and yet personable and friendly manner.”

“I appreciate having this post office so close and can usually get in and out quickly for stamps, money orders, packages, etc. There may be a few people in line, if any, so it's better than going somewhere else to take care of these transactions, plus it's maybe 50 feet from parking spot to the counter! Saves time and gas!”
