“Customer service is excellent. Went in to get an inflatable neck pillow for flying. Check the website to assure they have items in stock. Ask people in the white shirts to help you find items. It's like an obstacle course in there, but in the best way. I've gotten other items here and they're always high quality. Some prices can be a bit high, but you'll likely have some of these items for life or at least for a long time. Went on the Ferris wheel the other day. Totally worth $1! Indoor Ferris wheel in the winter? Yes please! Posted many photos. Scheels is such an iconic store!”

“Eclipse was the previous company name, established in 1994. Quality/Quantity - Got a new pair of running/walking shoes yesterday at their other location. And believe it or not, they had another pair in my size here! I did not buy it as I want to break the first pair in. I also saw the one I am replacing here, lol. If you are following, you already know I have been shopping for a new pair of Hoka shoes. And I finally found a place that had what I needed and wanted. They actually had my size! Thank you. I did not know Hoka also made slippers...? Might have to get one in the future also. My wife also got a pair of shoes yesterday and put another pair on hold in their Sparks location. Future review to follow. I guess we will visit all three locations in a week! This location is smaller than the one we visited yesterday, but still has a decent selection of high end good quality shoes for running and walking. Atmosphere - Clean and well organized. Obviously supports the running community, see all the pictures. Open 6 days a week from 10am to 5pm or 6pm. Closed Sundays. Bathroom for customers, I did not use it. Water fountain and water bottle refill station. Plenty of mall parking. Service - Self service here today, the team member was busy helping others. Two team members helped us yesterday in the South Reno location, both were good. But Scott stood out. I watched him help others, then my wife, and then me. He is very passionate about his work. And an amazing hard worker. They are also willing to order for you if needed. And match prices. Price - My wife paid, but I think we spent approximately $250 there, not including the shoe we will pick up at Sparks. It pays to pay for quality. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1994 - 2021 with the new owners and with your 3 locations. It's so great to see small local businesses thrive. Support local!”
“Awesome store, had the best prices I’ve seen at Nike store for a while. On top of that they were having a 20% discount for members. Just download the Nike app and sign up to become a member but I was already a member so it was great!”

The store is fully stocked and the staff is incredibly helpful. I was in and out within ten minutes finding not only clothes branding my alma mater that I needed but actually liking the ones I chose because the selection was so good. Go Pack!!”

“This guy is what is known as a "subject matter expert" or a master of his craft. He will answer your questions about recurves, long bows, and compound bows as well as set up any of these. He also stocks lots of products from arrows to quivers and bows.”

I didn't realize that puma shoes ran small, but the male staff member did and automatically brought me a half size larger, and they fit like a dream . I will definitely be going back, but I wish they had more of a ladies' selection.”
“I absolutely hate shopping for pants. I always have the worst experience with it because they always fit me weird or they do t have my size because they're either sold out or they just do t carry up to that size. But I went in today looking for pants and the sweetest employee came up and started helping me. At first she just pulled some pants off the shelf for me and rifled through them to find the size I was looking for but when those didn't fit she pulled out all of the different styles in several sizes that were a couple up from the first one I had tried. I found a pair that fit me literally perfect but they were kind of a weird color so when I went out again she pulled up the black version of the same pants and ordered them for me. Literally the best shopping experience I've had and it's something that I normally dread. It made my whole day. If anyone else ever gets helped by aspen make sure to tip her lots! She deserves it”

“Great place to look for outdoor sport equipment. Price is not as competitive as Amazon online sometimes but prices can be the same. For instance while I was researching for nikwax, the bottles were priced the same, when I went to purchase the bottles I needed, Amazon provided a combo that lowered the price by $10. It was a sponsored listing so not necessarily Amazon's fault..Employees were helpful when I needed help. Attentive when needed. One employee even offered to bring my bottles to the front while I continued to shop. Good experience so far from this location as well as other locations I have visited.”

“I have hired them twice for two separate projects. First was to replace some old cracked clear plastic windows in a vinyl top on an all weather boat canvas enclosure. They turned out so nice! And the price was very reasonable.I just picked up my second project from them today. I had just dropped it off yesterday!! They were so quick to get it done. I had a zipper tear away from its material in a boat canvas enclosure (different boat then mentioned above). Went home and installed it back on the boat and it’s perfect! Fits perfectly and should have been built from the factory this way. Thank you for providing me with two separate occasions of stellar work, fair pricing and quick turnaround.”

“I hadn't been in Dick's Sporting Goods for several years because I had such a poor experience the one time I went that I swore I would never return. That has been changed after my last visit. The service was helpful and the store was laid out in such a way that it made you want to shop. I thought the pricing was better than what you can find at Scheels and they seem to have a wide variety of things to choose from. I felt like I got the best deal and they were helpful in arranging delivery and set up (for a fee), but even that was not difficult. I really like that they do not sell assault rifles and other things that can modify guns into assault weapons.”

The store is located just across Virginia from the UNR Campus. *this location doesn't offer a restroom for customers. Silver and Blue Outfitters has a second location in Reno @ Meadowwood Mall.”

“One of my stops when I visit Reno! The old guy who runs this place is very friendly and knowledgeable, has great prices (cash only though, so I always bring it with me beforehand) and best of all great selection! Everything from guns, ammo, mags, military surplus, including rare harder to find stuff. My only complaint is that I've driven up there right when listed hours says it's open and he is not there at all. Make sure you call first before driving up there.”
