“We had fast, efficient service in our rental pick-up, paperwork and delivery. Un fortunately when we returned our car and were taken to the airport we did not complete the final paperwork. A week later we were notified with a claim for damages ( that we had no knowledge of). Initials on document acknowledging damages were a day after our departure. So, be diligent about paperwork and maybe even use photos at beginning and end if use.”

“I was told by a coworker that Burt Reynolds was was going to come to work today and bring us all tacos. I am not sure why Burt Reynolds would be buying us tacos, but I went ahead to make sure we were getting free tacos for lunch. i checked It with my boss and it was in fact true, we were getting free tacos for lunch. lunchtime came around and Burt Reynolds was nowhere to be seen, however Herc Rentals was there and they gave out lots of tacos to us. My coworker misheard Herc Rentals for Burt Reynolds. Even though I didn't get to meet Burt Reynolds I was not disappointed in the quality of the Tacos. Thank you for the Tacos.”
“Couldn't be happier with the service I received here! I got a great deal on a big moving van - cheaper even than a sedan, truck or SUV, and a way better price than was available on Turo, etc. The staff was friendly and professional and, in particular Ms. Sweet D took really fantastic care of me at pickup and at dropoff, both of which were smooth and simple. Much appreciated. I'll definitely use Enterprise again.”
“Marissa was very helpful and made sure I was able to get my things out of storage without a hassle would definitely recommend them again and the storage facility is new with many features to help people moving their stuff into the storages they have carts available to assist with some of the lifting definitely a safe place to keep your stuff stored in all storage units are in a climate controlled environment.”
“Really do not understand the bad reviews for this agency. We reserved a full size pick up for our annual ski trip to Tahoe in mid Jan. The vehicle provided was like new, clean and waiting for us when we arrived. The young lady at the counter could have not been nicer. We had the paperwork done and was driving away in less than 30 minutes. We had to return the vehicle before the office opened because of an early flight, and that was a simple task. Parked the truck, dropped the keys in the box provided and was charged the correct amount on my credit card, which by the way was less than half of the price at the airport. Will definitely use this agency again.”
“This company was amazing to deal with for burning man. We live in Canada so had to ship A LOT of stuff from companies directly and from Canada starting easily a month before. We were able to ship everything to the storage facility and all of it was there waiting for us when we arrived. Communication was fantastic throughout. There's no way we could have done it without them.”
“If it were not for saying they had to get the truck from Oddie and U-Haul Corporate (or the Oddie Location Itself) telling us to bring the truck back to THEIR location and giving us a bunch of bullshit lip and attitude (U-Haul Oddie) when we did what they told us on the phone - which conflicted what I was told here. They even invluded the Dolly, something the guys at the U-Haul on El Rancho forgot when we moved here 5 years ago.I arrived before they opened and picked up the truck fairly quick despite being told it was at the "Oddie Location down the street". It had 3/4th tank of gas in it, and the price was great. The truck had a couple flaws - you had to really slam the driver's door to shut it, and the rain gutter on one side seemed to be bent, but that's nothing considering the truck was clean, nice,w orked, and was surprisingly good on gas, especially dealing with the idiots who drive I-80 like they are in the Monte Carlo Grand Prix.After an argument with the idiots at Oddie, who gave us a lot of attitude the minute we showed up, kept misinforming us on repeat of the wrong location. I returned the truck here and it was easy as can be, and the price was better than I expected or what Oddie/CORP U_haul was quoting us. So yeah, I'd rent from these guys again.”

“Very positive experience at the paint department. The representative went out of his way to make it a good experience. My paint was mixed and ready in minutes, given the pourable spout as well as the wooden stirrer and can opener. My paint was tested on the top and dried to show the exact color was correct. He also let me know that Home Depot will also save the colors that you purchase in their system under your name. Nice! Busy time and I had the painters already in my home so appreciated the speedy and efficient service! Not to mention I love Behr paint, can always find the color and finish I want.”

“I had a great experience with this location renting a 6x12 enclosed trailer. The staff was polite and professional. They had my trailer ready to go when I arrived and had it hooked up and ready to go within a few minutes. I had a similar experience returning the trailer early in the morning. I'll definitely come back to this location for future moving needs.”
“OK, had to leave a review this time. This is the second time in a few months the Ryder shop in sparks saved my butt. Their a great group of guys and rebuilt my entire AC system in just a few hours. It's August and I was dreading another day without air conditioning. 100 + degree weather is not fun. 1/2 day without AC was enough for me. Thank you!!!”
