We recently moved to Sackville from Ontario and were quite nervous about finding a reliable and trustworthy mechanic like we had back home. Fortunately, we discovered Sackville Service Station (SSS) — and we couldn’t be more impressed!
We had an emergency with our son’s car, which he needed to return to college in Fredericton. It broke down on a Friday, and we were told it might not be ready until Monday or Tuesday due to the number of jobs ahead of us — which was completely understandable. However, after explaining our situation, the owner went above and beyond. He even spoke with some customers ahead of us in line, and to our surprise, the car was repaired and ready the very next day! Truly outstanding service.
The team at SSS is honest, fair, and reasonably priced. They don’t upsell or add unnecessary repairs — they only do what’s needed and get your approval before any additional work. We highly recommend Sackville Service Station for all your automotive needs. This is a business that truly cares about its customers!”

“Irvin oil have high standards and excellent services, however, on this day I couldn't get a ride to pick me from Sackville and went in to the CircleK grocery store at the station to ask the staff in there if I could sit there for few hours till about 5am in the morning (time was almost 1am then). He declined and I had to step out, in a temperature of about 1°c. I don't think I've met anyone that acted so mean and showing lack of emphaty since I stepped into Canada, like this guy did. The attitude of the CircleK staff is not portraying the excellent standard of the gas station. Although the CircleK shop has some excellent staff also, like the young Tanzanian guy and 2 other Caucasian ladies.”

“Nothing special about this place...just another gas station. They need to hire some normal people to work here. There are two great big people here and they both won't stand up to greet you upon entering the store. I think they are just plain lazy people who really don't need a job and who dont really want to work. Hire people who will stand and greet their customers and who will pass things over the counter properly and not have us reach over to get our money.”

“Friendly staff. They even let me loiter inside a little bit during a cold winter motorcycle trip between provinces. Conveniently located. No complaints. 5 star service from the staff. There's always hot coffee on hand and even fresh popcorn sometimes. Decent little spot with lots of selection at typical gas station retailer pricing.”
