“One of my favorite Shell locations in Moncton. The owners are very friendly people. They provide great service every time and even throw in little chocolates with your transaction.”
“I like the prices here. The produce is fresh and they have different things like honey. The staff are friendly. They have shopping carts and baskets .The only negative I would say is the floors are not always clean. I believe it is from the number of people in the store It is always busy!”

“I recently had a bit of a tricky situation with some grocery items here. Twice in the last 5 days, I purchased $200 worth of meat that turned out to be spoiled well before its expiration date. On another quick trip, I noticed a container of cottage cheese from the dairy aisle had a broken safety seal under the lid. Just a friendly heads-up to other shoppers to double-check items before heading to the checkout or putting things in the freezer!
Even though it was frustrating to deal with twice, the store manager was absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly helpful, took immediate care of the issue, and provided a full refund without any hassle. I really appreciate the fantastic customer service from management, but wanted to share a gentle note so the team can look into the quality control in those departments.”

“I was having a bad week since my grandfather passed away and the love of my life Barbra left me. But I went too the Deli to get some grub and this young man named Noah, helped me out tremendously. He told me all the options they had. The Deli looked amazing and was extremely clean! He was the best person I've ever delt with and the food made me forget all the inconveniences I've been having. “2 months of travel in the Maritimes and been to many Atlantic superstores. I load my points for the week and away I go. This is by far the biggest one. Strangely laid out as a past department manager of Superstores it was confusing even for me. I had to ask for help. Looking for the bug spray that was worth points to me. This lovely seasoned employee was great in explaining it was all packed away and why I may have gotten it sent as an offer on my profile. The store was clean and the self checkout staff was friendly and engaging which you never get in self checkout. So thank you for that.”
