“I had awesome service at Koodo in the Mall. My phone is toast and on it's very last legs, I needed help to replace it and needed advice about how to retrieve my photos and videos, because the device port was too damaged to plug in.
Luke deserves a big shout out and a huge thank you. He was super helpful and knowledgeable, he listened to what was important to me as a customer (trying to keep the cost down and being able to retrieve my pictures). He took the time to look at lots of options for me and was careful to review usage and ask questions about how I would be using my phone/services.
He gave me great advice, saved me a ton of money, was super patient and willing to check a lot of different combinations of packages and phones for me to help me stay in my budget. I even was able to learn about bundling my streaming services with Koodo and he educated me about the value of a device protection plan. I feel like I got everything I needed, for a price I was comfortable committing to and without sacrificing anything extra.
