“This shoe store is my absolute favorite! I've been shopping here since the day they opened. They always have the best selection of shoes, jewelry, and cute gift items.
Every visit is a pleasure thanks to the lovely staff who are always so friendly and helpful. And Shelley, the owner, is simply a gem of a human. You can tell she really cares about her clients, staff, her store and her community.

“Pleasant, smaller footprint store in McAllister Place. At last check, when searching "available in-store stock" on Quarks website, this location is not listed however, this likely due to it being a new location. First shoe store I've happened upon that has a solid selection of Birkenstocks. Good luck, lots of competition in this segment!”
“Bought two pairs of shoes here in the last couple months. Both times, staff was extremely kind, helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate my want for a specific colour or size. Very warm people working here!!! The kind of people you want to receive commission on the thing you buy. If you can find the shoe you want here, I’d for sure go to Journeys over softmoc, shoe company, etc in the mall. Staff is just absolutely excellent and welcoming.”
“Decent shoe store in McAllister place but service can be hit or miss mainly driven by staffing levels and how busy it can get. This retailer has moved effective Jan 2022 within the mall to a location across from American Eagle. The new location is half the size of the former location. I personally find the best option is to order on line and pick up in store. On line will show you what stock and sizes are available at the local location.”
