Did not have to return the broken one either. So I am changing my review to 4 stars. Thank you for making sure your customers are satisfied with their purchase.

90 NH-101A, AmherstDid obedience classes there with my dog when she was a puppy from basic all the way to advanced. My dog was nervous doing certain things (she never got the hang of down)but Jim was great, working with both her & I to try to overcome those things. He always had encouraging things to say to her & obviously wanted her to be comfortable & happy.Also took her & my mom's dog to daycare which they both loved. Great way for them to socialize & get some energy out.

76 NH-101A #5, AmherstI am so happy with the groomers at the Pawfectionist. The whole staff is so amazing. I have an elderly beagle (12 years old) named George. I have been to so many groomers looking for a kind, caring and gentle groomer. The Pawfectionist team has been nothing short of incredible with my baby. I love that they are a one on one groomer since my George is too old to be shoved in a crate in the back all day until they get to him. The Pawfectionist schedules appointments when they can take your dog and you pick them up as soon as they are done. There is no worrying about what my baby is dealing with or if he is waiting around all day stressed out. They have truly made an impact on my old man. I am so grateful to have this wonderful grooming salon looking out for my George!

Amherst Animal Hospital
92 NH-101A, AmherstAAH does an amazing job providing veterinary services to a local feline rescue organization called Kitty Angels. I'm just starting to get involved with Kitty Angels as a volunteer, to help them shuttle cats back-and-forth to and from the vet.
They take really good care of the cats that are coming in to KA, often times with diseases or injuries, and sometimes near starvation. They nurse them back to health, and turn them over to a Kitty Angels foster parent, complete with records, all of their shots, medications, and instructions for follow up care.
My wife and I have adopted at least three of our cats from Kitty Angels, all of which had challenges earlier in their lives which had been overcome with the help of AAH, and of course KA.
In addition to the work they do with Kitty Angels, AAH also provides services to pet owners, including exotics.

Within our first meeting, we put together so many puzzle pieces of factors that were likely leading to physical touch challenges, aggressions, and anxiety with our puppy. His suggestions have already made such a significant positive change in what our day to day looks like and our dog is visibly happier, calmer, and seeks our more scratches and cuddles everyday. 345 State Rte 101, AmherstI visited family in New Hampshire from New Jersey last fall and they highly recommended this establishment, and the restaurant certainly lived up to their expectations. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, courteous, and attentive. The owners frequently visited to check in on us. It was a delightful experience, and I eagerly anticipate returning when I am next in New Hampshire. I highly recommend this place. The food was exceptionally delicious!
