Pet Care
Starwood Veterinary Clinic
716 Lowell Road, GrotonMy pup Apollo is a two year-old Ridgeback mix and he’s a little skittish of new places and new people yet walked right up to the lovely dock and fell in love with them. He was a very good boy we were in and out quickly. I felt that it was the best veterinary appointment. I have had hands-down in many many many years. It was done with gentle care also so my pup was not afraid at any point in time nor did I feel that he was being hurt by getting his shots, I could not recommend this place enough thank you so much. It was easy to book an appointment with a lovely lady who answered the phone and very easy to find thank you so much.

Veterinary Health Care of Groton
10 Hollis Street, GrotonI have a very anxious dog and they are so incredibly good with him. He is very strong willed and hard to handle, and they have so much patience working with him always. The prices are also much better comparatively to other vets. Definitely the place to go with your pet.

Compassionate Care Veterinary Services
497 Main Street STE F, GrotonCompassionate Care Veterinary Hospital in Groton, MA truly lives up to its name, providing a level of care that goes far beyond standard veterinary medicine. When our beloved Scottish Terrier, Rufus, was diagnosed with a life-threatening chylothorax, we were thrust into a devastating and overwhelming situation. In a crisis filled with only hard choices—where no single path felt more right than any other—the empathy and guidance we received became our absolute anchor.
Through the years, we have experienced many veterinary teams across different clinics, but Compassionate Care stands out as the absolute pinnacle of healthcare we have ever encountered. Dr. Lynne and her exceptional team demonstrated profound expertise and dedication as they managed Rufus’s critical condition. They went completely above and beyond, treating Rufus not just as a medical case, but as a deeply loved family member who deserved the utmost tenderness.
What sets this clinic apart is how beautifully they extended that same support to us as anxious human companions. Dr. Lynne took the time to walk us through every complex decision with patience, honesty, and genuine warmth, never making us feel rushed or alone. We are forever grateful to the entire staff for wrapping our whole family in comfort during our dark days, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
