Their website has issues but the store is willing to work with you to resolve any issues caused by website issues. Every staff member I've spoke to has been very helpful, professional, kind, and tolerant of my meltdowns when I'm having trouble ordering online.
Transportation is oftentimes an issue so I REALLY appreciate the free delivery with a minimum of $35.00+ after coupons, rewards, and discounts. I find it very easy to exceed the minimum, as my girl is my priority and I make sure she is well stocked with food, treats, and suppliments.
I highly recommend this store for excellent service. Thank you to all of the staff for excellent service!!

These cats are truly part of a family from the very beginning. They are also socialized with other animals and children early on. Sandy invited me to meet her family and fur babies. My number one rule is being able to see where my pet comes from. Her cats are warm, social and beautiful, they greeted me and gave me kisses the moment I sat down. Sandy definitely has a love for the breed and life itself. Thank you, the world needs more Sandy’s.

I did a DNA test they were accurate, and before I got to bring him home we was sick and the informed me I could not bring him home until he was better… he did have parvo. I reached out to a vet to see if a puppy I “purchased” had parvo could cause any issues in future. My vet told me that in a way is not a so bad thing he had parvo as it helps him build more immunity to it in future. Love my little Ziggy, and he’s acts like he’s still a puppy!!

Totally Woof
18 Airport Road, NashuaThis is the 3rd time I’ve brought Minka to Totally Woof. And yes, I travel about an hour one way. The love, care, compassion, professionalism and understanding that Lara (owner) And the entire staff have is remarkable. Minka is a two year-old German Shepherd that I rescued from Tennessee. When I got her, the only story I knew about her was she was abused and dumped. She was skittish, not really socialized. The entire staff had Totally Woof worked with her and loved her and now she loves people and loves her new dog friends. To say that I am happy and excited is an understatement that cannot be explained. I will continue to drive over an hour to make sure Minka is taken care of.

419 Amherst Street, NashuaThe staff of Classic Pet Parlour have been extraordinary in their care and grooming of our dogs over the last 5 years. We had a senior labrador retriever and a corgi and both of them always came home beautifully groomed. Most of all we appreciated their special care and attention especially when our dogs were older and experiencing health and mobility issues. While our dogs have passed we will certainly return someday when we have another dog and will always be grateful for the great service and expertise provided here.

Short wait and was escorted in to meet with the Vet. The facility was clean and free from odor. My Veterinarian is Dr. Julie Haller who is ALWAYS thorough, kind and untrusted. She reviewed old records, asked about updates and any concerns. Dr.Haller was caring and thoughtful. I have been a customer of Bulger Animal Hospital for twenty years and have never been disappointed. I refer the business to friends and family. My only concern is cost which can be higher than other veterinary practices.

Our 6-year-old Cane Corso, Chopper, ripped his dew claw today. He has terrible anxiety at the vet, but Dr. Cail and her entire staff were so patient, kind, and calming. They truly made Chopper feel safe and comfortable.

It’s not common that someone knows how to do the Teddy Bear cut and she nailed it on her first try with him. Normally, it takes a 2-3 haircuts for a groomer to be able to do the cut how you want it and she did it perfectly. I’m SO happy with the whole experience. She also texted me a question or two during his groom to ask me a couple questions about Teddy and I really appreciated that she asked me, instead of guessing.

The new owner has put so much time and work into making this a wonderful place for little dogs to go to and play and have a good time away from their families. The dogs there are all so cute and sweet and you can tell she loves them so much. I was very impressed when I took a tour and will be using the daycare whenever I need a day away and boarding when I go away and I know my dogs will be loved and cared for there. I’m really excited about this place!

Hudson K9 Training Center

I worked with them 8 years ago when they were a much smaller operation and through some of their growth into what they are today with a puppy who was nervous and submissive. I went from basic obedience with him through advanced intermediate and got his CGC with their training and guidance. He is now going on 9 and he is such a well adjusted, well behaved dog.
I am taking my second dog through training with them now. She is in intermediate classes and she is very anxious with strangers, other dogs and loud noises. I have already seen a pretty significant improvement in her after our 1st round of intermediate and intend to continue to get her CGC as well, not for the certificate itself but for the skills they learn in training for it.
Neither of my dogs would ever take treats when they are nervous/anxious, treats mean nothing to them. I never want to have a flight dog that takes off scared, I want my dogs listening to and looking to me for guidance and security and with the trainers at Hudson k9 we truly work towards that result. They listen, help with individual issues and truly have the dogs best interest at heart.

They have not one, not two, but THREE delicious dairy free flavors on top of their literally dozens of creative regular ice cream combinations. Most importantly, the teenagers that work here run it like a happy Navy. They have ALWAYS been more than helpful, polite, and downright delightful. Their attitudes are positive even when they're about to close and there is still a line in the parking lot. Genuinely such a pleasure to have this gem around, and I wish the Hayward's team many years of continued success.

The staff was very helpful in answering any questions we had and really wanted the best for these guys. Both had excellent vet records and all their vaccines.
