About United States Postal Service
The Amherst Post Office receives consistently positive reviews for its service. Customers describe the staff as wonderful, courteous, helpful, friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and exceptional. They are noted for being quick and for providing great service to the community. Many reviewers highlight specific instances where staff went above and beyond to assist with package delivery or recovery. The location is praised as a reliable go-to post office where customers feel they can get in and out quickly, even during the busy holiday season, without feeling like an inconvenience. The convenience of home delivery to a roadside mailbox is also appreciated. While most feedback is highly favorable, one note mentions that staff parking choices near the entrance can occasionally be an inconvenience for some customers. Overall, reviewers express a wish that all post office locations operated like this one.
