I initially purchased two parts for my SUV, and later realized I didn’t need one of them—unfortunately just past their 30-day return window. My 2006 Ford Ranger—owned 10 proud years—went to Queen City Auto Body looking rough: rust eating the rocker panels and cab corners, bed sides shot, interior worn to threads, and a headliner sagging like a bad haircut. What rolled out three weeks later? A truck that looks, feels, and drives like it left the factory in 2006.
Communication was outstanding from the beginning. Gary and crew documented the entire process with photos—frame on the lift, rust patches cut out, fenders and bed being painted, new metal going in. Every change (and there were a few surprises) came with a clear explanation and approval before a single weld.
The attention to detail was surgical. They:
• Replaced the entire truck bed, rocker panels, front fenders, cab corners, and rear sliding window
• Welded in new patches on the cab floor and frame
• Sandblasted the frame, coated it with corrosion protection, then undercoated the new bed before reinstall
• Cleaned, sanded, and painted subframes before mounting new fenders
• Swapped passenger seat, relined and reinstalled the headliner, and upgraded to new headlamps, corner lamps, and taillight assemblies.
Everything aligned perfectly—gaps tighter than stock, paint blended so well the 19-year-old flare-side looks one-piece. The interior smells new, rides quiet, and the frame is now bulletproof against New England’s salt.
Pricing was more than fair—$13,200 for a full structural resurrection, including OEM and OEM-grade parts, and additional items I requested along the way. I was quoted over $15k+ elsewhere for much less work than was done here.
Queen City didn’t just fix my Ranger—they restored a decade of hard work into something I’m proud to drive another 10 years, at minimum. Five stars isn’t enough.”

“Great to work with, I was able to drop my driveshaft off after work and it was done in the window I asked for. Great service, very fair pricing considering how much of a pain I’m sure this driveshaft was. Took care of the “non-replaceable” ujoints on my AE86 and rebalanced the driveshaft. Extra bonus points they put all the grease fittings facing the same direction too. Would definitely recommend these guys”

They even called the rental company to pick me up for my rental car. The work they did on my car was PERFECT, including a scratch, that wasn't even part of the insurance claim. “I own a Mercedes Sprinter Van and am on a 6000 mile road trip this summer. I went to one auto/battery place in Epping who referred me to Cutting Edge. I called Al and told him that I thought I needed a new engine battery. He said come on over we’ll see if we can help you. 1 1/2hrs later I was driving away with a new engine battery (weighs 80lbs). “Today I had needed came in to just simply scan the codes on my vehicle, when I arrived the assistant manager Shane had came out and assisted me. My car then had shut off and wouldn’t turn on and it was stuck there for a little while Shane had told me my problem after looking at my car and helped me push it into a spot he then let me borrow some tools because I had none with me. He then taught me how to fix the issue and get my car started again after I thought it wasn’t going to be able to and was worrying he helped me and reassured me that everything was going to be okay and it was a simple fix. I really recommend everyone to go here it was nothing but good vibes people who treated you like family.”

Drove right there and they had the car we were interested in waiting out front to test drive. We worked with Brad and he was great. A down to earth guy, who knew his stuff. We never felt pressured to buy. They were able to work with a sister dealership to get the color of car I wanted. We went on vacation before we picked up the car and Brad sent my texts with lots of pictures and updates. Brad walked me through all the features during pick up and moved his schedule around to accommodate our desired pick up date. Brad then went even more above and beyond and delivered floor mats to our house after we left with the vehicle. Highly recommend!”

Spoiler: they don't sell that. Instead, I found aisles of shiny things I can't name and staff who can. You ask them, "Hey, do you have a thingamajig for a 2003 whatchamacallit?" And they just nod, like that's a real question!The place is so organized, it made me feel bad about my own life. I mean, if they can sort tiny screws by size, why can't I sort my laundry? And the staff, they're like wizards or something. They listen to your car's symptoms and diagnose it better than my doctor does with me. "Your car makes a whirring sound? Oh, it's just lonely."
