He was involved in a conversation with an unruly customer who thought they had been slighted over a warranty issue, and they were gonna bully their way into some free service. I saw him masterfully explain the problem, explain the policies, calmly and collectively ease all the tensions and rectify the situation to where all parties walked away satisfied.
